Involving lawyers , cease and desist or telling mark is not hardcore‼️‼️‼️ its some white people shit . It is some cop shit . We hate cops. We hate glutinous capitalist .

Out of fear of lawsuit .* we’re working class fellas who don’t have rich parents to buy our gear . *

We will only tell the truth . Yeah we made fun of you guys , yes it’s because you guys try to bully those that are smaller then you with litigation or overwhelming force , no we’re not sorry about it . We don’t need to post engagement bait via TikTok dances in order to get noticed . Love us or hate us we’re here to stay . If were gonna do a call out post its gonna be for tourist and people like this that don’t understand a genre we here at loose ALL hold close to our hearts. Dont support corporate hardcore .- Phillip Hawkins . by @loose_w.c

Hello Underground,

I was waiting for a place to slot this video into the backlog, but with the recent passing of Chuck, the owner of Palo Verde, I wanted to get this video out as soon as I could. This is my tribute to someone who built such a special place, both for the music community at large, and for the regulars that came every weekend, every other day, or even was the daily hangout spot.

We're gonna miss you so much, and with Palo Verde currently up in the air, I can safely say that all of us bar rats are gonna miss it too. To close out the final set I saw over @verde_palo, the always incredible @_lxwxc_!

R.I.P. Chuck, thank you for everything
