13.1 miles, race day memories, and a little extra fuel along the way. So excited to have had Lore along for the journey! #eatlore #LoreMightyChocolate #ChocolateWithIntention by @loremightychocolate

POV: you get to meet your chocolate before it's chocolate. Huge thanks to @andrew7sealy for showing us around @quantumcacao.cr , a regenerative cacao farm in Costa Rica. Farmers like him grow cacao in a way that gives back to the land. by @loremightychocolate

Reminder: not all chocolate is created equal. 🍫 Lore's cacao stays raw to preserve nutrients. Cheers to chocolate with a little more to love on this National Chocolate Day! by @loremightychocolate

Your daily dose of delicious, decoded. Researchers are studying cacao flavanols for heart and circulation, healthy blood vessels, gut microbiome support, stress and calm focus, and stem cell activation. Which one surprises you most? by @loremightychocolate

My biological age reads 22.5. I’m 39. And I eat chocolate every day.

Honestly, I don’t care about the number. I’m not trying to anti-age. I want to feel good on the inside and have a good quality of life. What we model matters, for the people around us and for how we leave this planet for the next seven generations. In the age of miracle pills and miracle shots that create long-term damage, I’m here to say: get back to simple.

Most longevity tools are free: sleep, clean air, sunlight, nature, community, relationships.

Healthy food should be just as simple. It isn’t. More than half of the calories Americans eat come from ultra-processed food, and the chemicals going into our food supply are wearing down our health and our soil. About a third of the U.S. Corn Belt has lost its topsoil. That affects all of us.

We need to wake up and invest in food: in the farmers, the soil, and the whole web that helps us thrive. Not a quick fix in a bottle of pills we never take.

But it really comes down to two questions: How was it grown? How was it processed?

Take chocolate. Americans eat about 11 grams a day. Grown and made right, cacao is one of the most studied longevity foods on earth:
• 27% fewer cardiovascular deaths in a 21,442-person trial (COSMOS, 2022)
• More than double the blood-vessel repair cells in 30 days (JACC, 2010)
• A key inflammation marker down 8.4% a year (Age and Ageing, 2025)

But to match that trial dose with milk chocolate, you’d need about 4,000 calories a day. Ours lab-tested at 256mg of flavanols per 11g, because we grow it in living soil and keep it as whole as we can.

Now we’re testing it for 60 days with a small cohort of incredible humans and three of my legit heroes (hey @schuylergrantyoga @mikiagrawal @chefjohannahellrigl !!) tracking their heart and longevity markers. Comment RITUAL and I’ll send you the studies plus our daily cacao ritual.

Sources: PNAS 2021 (topsoil); CDC NCHS 2025 (ultra-processed food); COSMOS used cocoa extract capsules; JACC 2010; Age and Ageing 2025. Research is on cocoa flavanols, not Lore specifically. Not medical advice.

Wherever the day takes you, your ritual comes with you. The Travel Tube is back with every 30-day pack. by @loremightychocolate

Chocolate that’s part of your routine? We’re putting it to the test, and we want you to join along! 🍫

Cacao flavanols have been studied in connection with heart health, circulating stem cells, gut bacteria, and stress markers. But here’s the honest part: those studies looked at cacao, not Lore. So we built the 60-Day Cacao Challenge: 5 bonbons a day, three check-ins (Day 0, 30, 60), and your own story about what you notice.
No promises. No pressure. Just 60 days of paying attention.

Research referenced concerns cacao flavanols generally, not Lore. Not a clinical trial or medical advice. by @loremightychocolate

Antioxidants aren't just for smoothie bowls. Cacao flavanols are linked in research to healthy blood vessels and circulation, and yes, they come in a delicious bonbon. by @loremightychocolate
