EXPOSURE: FOUR ACTS OF WITHDRAWAL

A visual investigation rooted in post-punk, goth, and dark minimalism, exploring the fine line between self-preservation and human vulnerability.

A conceptual journey where trauma reshapes reality. Here, stripping away the armor carries no catharsis—only the painful collapse of our defenses before the void. The flesh becomes the ultimate hypersensitive frontier between the mind and external chaos.

The project unfolds across four distinct acts, dwelling on the threshold between the psyche and the skin:

- O N E I R O (The Nightmare) — A body entrenched beneath a shell, desperately seeking vigilance in the dark.

- C H E R O (The Melancholy) — Renouncing lightness to find a resigned balance with one's own shadow.

- H A P H E (The Contact) — Skin stripped bare, facing the terror of the "other.

- A G O R A (The Void) — Radical isolation in open space as the ultimate, paradoxical nihilistic salvation.

"Alva"
Look 3-4
Alva is the second chapter of an otherworldly genealogy that began with Eve.
An inquiry into the threshold between the recognizable and the other.
Her skin is marbled, untouched, closer to a material than a surface.
A humanity that resembles ours, but doesn't quite align.
The gaze breaks everything. White that blinds or black that returns nothing, it dissolves empathy, denies reflection. No invitation, no rejection.
It looks from somewhere we don't recognize.
Alva is not monstrous. She is simply elsewhere, even when she is here.
A stranger inside her own flesh, in a world she experiences as temporary.
