I firmly believe that pets are angels whether they are here with us or whether they have crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈. They comfort us with big adoring eyes, little warm hugs , or just there mere presence. This pup right here. Sir Twilight Taylor. He was the thief of shorts and hearts ❤️. Comic relief when we needed it. Just enough naughtiness to keep everyone in the apartment on their toes. He was given the very best life by ex roomie and lifelong friend @kesh_kush for 16 years. It’s hard to think of you no longer here. We never have enough time . So glad I got you for 8 of your 16 years. Glad your suffering was relatively short. Love you ❤️ by @shynejacob__

Today I had an amazing experience teaching a masterclass for Black and Brown women. I shared tips and tricks catered to brown skin. Too often black women are left out of the conversation, or are an afterthought when it comes to beauty. So many artists STILL don’t know how to work with deeper skin. UNACCEPTABLE. Being a skilled mua means being skilled in all skin tones. Thank you to @stephscottrocks @firstandlastpr for creating a beautiful space both literally and figuratively . #inclusivity #allskintonesmatter #nycmakeupartist #njmakeupartist #phillymakeupartist by @shynejacob__
