POSTS STORIES REELS

A little sunshine, a little magic, and a whole lot of love. 🍂✨

Spent the day wandering around in another century with my favorite humans. Good company, beautiful weather, and an excuse to dress like we belong in a fantasy novel. Honestly, what more could a girl ask for? 🧚‍♀️🤎

A little weird, a little whimsical, and completely us. ✨ by @lorraine_ballard

I can’t believe I haven’t shared our rehearsal dinner yet because WOW… it was absolutely worth its own separate post. 🤍

The night before our wedding was everything we could have hoped for, the most beautiful evening surrounded by some of our favorite people, sharing incredible food, laughing, celebrating, and soaking in the excitement of what was to come.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing chef and her partner for making the evening so special. The food was incredible, and all of the love and care that went into creating this dinner made it even more memorable.

It truly was the perfect way to kick off our wedding celebration and begin one of the best weekends of our lives. 🥂✨

Forever wishing we could go back and relive this whole week. 🤍 by @lorraine_ballard

One whole year of being married to my best friend. 🤍

People always say, “This will be the best day of your life,” and honestly, I didn’t believe them… but they were right. Beyond right. It truly was the best day of my life. And even better, we got an entire week surrounded by the people we love most, in one of the most beautiful places. I would relive it all over again in a heartbeat.

They also say the first year of marriage is the hardest, but this year has been nothing like that. This year has been amazing. It’s been filled with so much love, laughter, joy, adventure, and some pretty big changes and growth in our lives. Through all of it, there’s no one else I’d rather be doing life with.

365 days of marriage, a million little moments, and getting to wake up every day knowing I married my best friend.

I’d choose you again and again, my love. 🤍

Happy one year anniversary to us. Here’s to year two and everything still ahead. 🥂✨ by @lorraine_ballard

Great trip with even better company 💗 by @lorraine_ballard

Here’s to never taking you for granted, my love. 🥂

This is so much easier said than done. Love is not just a feeling. It is a choice we make every day through our effort, attention, gratitude, and presence. Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to overlook the countless little things our loved ones do or to forget to pause and appreciate who they truly are.

So here’s to gratitude. To every moment I get to hear your laugh, watch your smile, and share this life with you. Here’s to noticing the small things, cherishing the ordinary moments, and never losing sight of how lucky I am to love you.

Today, and every day, I choose to appreciate you. ❤️ by @lorraine_ballard

A few days in Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, and Kellogg filled with good friends, slow moments, fresh air, laughter, and much needed rest 💗

My heart feels so full after this little reset. Grateful for the memories, the conversations, the adventures, and of course… all the dog love along the way 🐾✨ by @lorraine_ballard

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom. 💗

A woman who was practically a single mom and somehow still did it all. Life has taken her through hell and back, yet here she is… still smiling, still playful, still full of love and light. She could have let life harden her or steal her joy, but she never did and she never will.

Watching her keep going no matter what has been one of the biggest inspirations in my life. She is strong, selfless, resilient, and such an incredible mother. I’m endlessly grateful for everything she sacrificed, everything she carried, and all the love she gave along the way.

I love you, Mom. Happy Mother’s Day. 🌷 by @lorraine_ballard

So grateful for all of our friends and family who showed up to support us at graduation 🤍

And WOW… thank you for the surprise party after. We truly felt so loved.

Extra special shoutout to everyone who traveled to be there. It meant more than you know 💗 by @lorraine_ballard

Graduation season feels a little extra special this year 🤍

Jake and I are graduating together, which already feels surreal… but getting to step into this moment side by side makes it even more meaningful.

I have the honor of speaking at the First Generation Graduation. That piece alone means more to me than I can fully put into words.

This journey hasn’t been linear or easy, but it’s been worth it. Every late night, every challenge, every moment of growth led here.

If you want to come celebrate with us, we would love to have you there:

Life lately ✔️

☑️ Started a nonprofit
☑️ Counting down to Light the Night for Hope
☑️ Graduation in May
☑️ Deep in end of session work at the Capitol
☑️ Balancing school, leadership, and real life
☑️ Walking again (still limited, but so grateful)
☑️ Making slowing down a priority
☑️ Building something meaningful, one step at a time
☑️ Holding space for others and learning to hold it for myself too

Life looks different right now… slower, fuller, more intentional.
And honestly, I’m grateful for it 🤍 by @lorraine_ballard
