10 years together is a truly magical milestone, and it was an absolute honor to be a part of it! For this special anniversary, I poured my heart into crafting this delicate honey cake, topped with fresh summer berries and meaningful personal touches—including custom names written in Armenian. There is truly nothing quite like hearing that a cake was devoured down to the very last crumb and that it brought so much joy to your celebration. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart for your trust, your wonderful feedback, and for letting me be a sweet part of your story. May your love only grow deeper and sweeter with every year ahead! ❤️ #medovik #zurich by @losanna.ch

Today was about much more than pickup and delivery. 🤎 It was homemade food arriving in the hands of the people who asked for it. Producers meeting their customers. Neighbours meeting one another. And a simple pickup slowly turning into an evening around the same table. From sourdough, cozonac and homemade pastries to energy balls, olive oil and Greek favourites, every order was prepared by a real person, in a small batch, especially for someone nearby. Thank you to every producer who cooked, baked, packed and showed up—and to everyone who ordered, collected, stayed for a glass and became part of the evening. This is exactly what we hoped solo.quando could become: a city that cooks for itself. 🤎 Made only when enough people ask. #soloquando #zurichfood #zürichfood #zurichcommunity #zürichcommunity homemadefood localfood smallbatch foodcommunity meetthemaker supportlocal madeinzurich neighbourhood communityaroundfood by @losanna.ch

When homemade baking is pure art made for your community 💛 On solo.quando, there is no mass production or stale shelf stock. The rule is simple: neighbors come together to back a batch, and the baker creates magic from scratch. On Friday, 28th, we have three absolute crowd-favorites waiting for you: 🍯 Medovik: A true labor of love. Delicate, honey-kissed layers and a rich, creamy texture that melts instantly. 🥐 Gata: Traditional buttery pastry with a melt-in-your-mouth filling that crumbles to perfection. 🍪 Pistachio-Raspberry Cookies: A flavor explosion featuring real pistachios, sweet raspberries, and white chocolate chunks. 📅 Friday, August 28 · 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pick up your order locally in Zurich and stay for a cozy neighborhood apéro to welcome the weekend! ⚠️ How to get yours: 1. Head over to soloquando.ch/batches (or link in bio). 2. Choose your favorite treat and back the batch. 3. Once the community goal is reached, the oven turns on! Don’t wait until all the spots are gone. Make this Friday unforgettable! ✨ #soloquando #zurichfood #medovik #gata #artisancookies by @losanna.ch

The secret to a perfect cookie? It’s all about the balance. 🍪✨ My pistachio & raspberry cookies are a labor of love, combining the rich, nutty earthiness of premium pistachios with the bright, tart pop of fresh raspberries. They are baked in small batches, ensuring every single one is exactly as it should be—crispy on the edges, soft in the center, and bursting with flavor. This batch is part of the special solo.quando apéro on August 28th. Reserve yours through the link in my bio and come grab them fresh in Zürich! Made only when you ask, because fresh is always better. #artisancookies #pistachio #raspberrycookies #zürichfood by @losanna.ch
