★☆★SPIT FEST II IS HERE (AGAIN)★☆★
PRESENTED BY BLACK STAR & RIVER RIOT AUDIO

The Spit Fest circus has returned to descend upon San Marcos, and kickoff the halloween weekend! Come celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Black Star with all our fun and frightening acts! Bands, vendors, clowns, oh my! And of course, your star-spangled host, The Spit Mutant!

Originally set for October 2nd, bad weather conditions of rain and mud forced the show to be postponed for later this month. It took some time to sort out a new date, but now we're settled and Spit Fest II isn't going nowhere!

Spit Fest only comes around once a year, and this time it's not only back, but it's bigger, and better than ever! This won't be a night you'll wanna miss. I know I wouldn't!

See ya Thursday!
Happy birthday to me!

Day of the fool was incredible, so many folks came out to see some unique and talented bands play and everyone collectivized to make it happen, Soria couldn’t have asked for a better birthday, and the bookstore was alive with love and friendship, it was also really sweaty! this could not have happened without

@daynjuhman who provided the recording and PA equipment to make this an audible and pleasant sounding experience

@pen.fm who worked tirelessly on the soundboard and recording equipment, assisting bands during change over to ensure there were no issues in between the band’s set

The good folks over at Monkeywrench, specifically Ucha and Molly, who are such a phenomenal help and share a intricate and devoted passion for the community that live music and the dissemination of information have the power of creating in tandem, we could not have done these bookstore shows without your involvement and input and assistance

And of course the folks that came and the wonderful bands that played in this beautiful highlight reel done by the amazing @luckyl0c4l by @lose2x
