"I'm allowed to rest." "I choose me." "I'm still learning." "I'm safe now."

Healing doesn't sound loud. It sounds like quieter, kinder thoughts. Like choosing yourself without needing to explain it.

Which of these are you working towards? 👇

Fair warning before you stay 🤍

I'm not here to tell you everything's fine. I'm here to help you get honest with yourself, gently.

If that's what you need right now, you're in the right place. If not, no hard feelings.

Which one hit closest to home? 👇

"Something's off." "I can't relax." "What if something happens?"

If your body feels on edge even when nothing is wrong, you're not broken and you're not being dramatic.

Anxiety is your nervous system staying on alert. Often it's carrying things your mind hasn't had the chance to process yet: stress you pushed through, feelings you didn't have time for, seasons where you had to keep going.

Here's what helps:

1. Name it. "This is anxiety, not danger." Naming it takes some of its power away.
2. Settle your body first. Slow your breathing, make the out-breath longer than the in-breath, and feel your feet on the floor.
3. Ask what it's carrying. Once you're calmer, ask yourself: "What haven't I let myself feel lately?"
4. Be gentle with yourself. You can't shame your way out of anxiety. Safety is what softens it.

Your body isn't working against you. It's asking you to slow down and listen.

Save this for the next time it rises 🤍

Football has a funny way of bringing people together…

Tonight, millions of us are honorary Spain supporters. 🇪🇸😂

England had a fantastic tournament and can be proud of finishing third. Of course, I’d have loved to have seen them in the final, but that’s football.

Now… ¡Vamos España! ❤️💛

Not everyone will clap for your growth and that’s okay.
Some people protect their ego by twisting your truth.
You don’t need to prove who you are… time always does that for you.

✨ Save this for the days you’re learning to walk away with grace.

Self-doubt can be loud.

It questions your progress.
It makes you feel like you’re not ready yet.

But growth rarely feels certain while it’s happening.

Keep going anyway.

Some days you feel like you have to prove yourself.
Your value.
Your progress.
Your place.

But your worth was never something you had to earn.

It was always yours.

I used to think I needed a whole new life.

A different routine.
A different environment.
A different version of me.

But when I was honest…
I didn’t hate my life.

I just missed myself.

The version of me that did things because they felt good.
Not because they were productive.
Not because they were expected.

Sometimes burnout isn’t about where you are.
It’s about what you quietly stopped doing.

If this resonated, take it gently.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
You might just need to reconnect.

You’re not stuck.. you’re just scared to start over.

Sometimes peace feels uncomfortable because you’ve spent years surviving chaos.
But staying where you are will cost more than beginning again ever will.

✨ Save this reminder for when fear tries to hold you back.

Some characters stay with you.

@realericdane brought depth, vulnerability and courage to Mark Sloan in Grey’s Anatomy and this line always stayed with me.

“If you love someone, you tell them.”

It’s bold.
It’s terrifying.
It’s honest.

And maybe that’s the reminder today.
Love loudly.
Say the thing.
Don’t leave the words unsaid.

Rest in peace, Eric Dane.
Thank you for the stories, the moments, and the reminder to be brave with our hearts. 🤍
