Frisch serviert! ❤️ by @loumidining
MEINE KULINARISCHEN HIGHLIGHTS 2026 Einige Restaurantbesuche bleiben einfach in besonderer Erinnerung. #FineDining #FoodieBerlin #MichelinStar #BerlinFoodGuide #restauranthighlights by @loumidining
WE’RE HIRING! Great food, exceptional ingredients, and a passionate team. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who shares our values and passion for what we do. If you see yourself in what we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you! hello@loumi-berlin.com Subject: Application Sous Chef by @loumidining
Off the menu, but still on our minds. A dish that carried us through summer. Charred green beans, beurre blanc with Piment d’Espelette and sweet peppers, pistachios, and a wild mix of herbs and flowers. Every bite a little different from the one before. 📸 by @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining
King Crab Toast 🦀 Golden brioche, fried in clarified butter. Norwegian king crab, gently steamed and marinated with lemon zest and mitsuba. Togarashi emulsion, melting Italian lardo, fresh yuzu and Batak pepper. 📸 by @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining
JETZT VORBESTELLEN: Wir haben ein Buch geschrieben! 📖 In „LOUMI.
Current crudo on the menu. Portuguese horse mackerel, marinated in sake and aged rice vinegar. Thin slices of the loin dressed with sudachi zest. The belly served as aburi-style tartare with myoga, finger lime, and shallots marinated in ginger juice. Finished with a gooseberry and green strawberry broth, citrus leaf oil, and delicate Hanaho shiso blossoms 📸 by @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining
Prime squid from Portugal, aged with kombu and delicately scored on both sides. Served with a bright relish of kinome, combava, green apple and lemongrass. Fresh, vibrant and the perfect way to start the menu. 📸 by @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining
Japanese White Yamanashi peach, gently poached in verbena syrup, paired with an intensely aromatic Mieze Schindler strawberry sorbet. Finished tableside with a warm Yamanashi peach liqueur sabayon and delicate verbena tops 📸 @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining
A returning favourite. Delicate lettuce, roasted hazelnut, preserved lemon, blue mussel sauce, herbs and edible flowers—every bite tastes a little different. 📸 by @neda.rajabi___ by @loumidining

Two weeks ago, we welcomed Karl-Louis Kömmler from Restaurant Loumi to Villa Louise for a pop-up lunch. ✨ It was a pleasure to learn more about his journey and, of course, experience his cuisine firsthand. Thank you for joining us, Karl-Louis. #VillaLouise by @loumidining
