a few weeks ago 28 people sat in my living room and let their bodies do the talking. this is what it looked like.

circle five is october 7. it’s called warts and all.

here’s the idea: the parts of you that you hide — the messy ones, the ones that got you in trouble or judged or made someone love you a little less — are some of the best things about you. there are no bad parts. just parts that never got enough love.

so why do we hide them? because somewhere along the way something younger took the wheel. a kid who decided being all of you wasn’t safe.

this circle we go find them. and we bring the rest of you back into the room.

you are love. come live it loudly by @love.out.loud__

I don’t have the words for what happened in Circle One — but I’ll try.

One line from our survey stuck with me:

“These days everything is mostly surface level and fake. Love it when we can really connect with people at a deeper level.”
That’s the whole reason for this.

We witnessed each other. Held space for the tears and the laughter. And remembered something together — the love we’re all searching for was never outside of us. We are the source. We just get blocked sometimes.

The hard things from our past were never in our way — they were the way. This is a place to come home to yourself, surrounded by beautiful souls walking the same path.

Circle Two is Monday. A few seats left — comment 🤍 or DM me “circle.”

I still feel the pull. But it doesn’t take me anymore.

The things that used to set me off? They just don’t land the same anymore.

And I traced it back to one thing.

I started going back to find the little kid inside me who was still scared. Still waiting for someone to tell him he was safe. That his feelings mattered. That he was enough exactly as he was.

And I became that person for him.

I know. Bear with me.

But the more seen and safe those younger parts of me become — the more grounded, balanced and peaceful I feel out here in the real world. Less reactive. More present. More me.

It’s not something I’m trying to do. It’s literally happening to me — because when you go back and give your younger self the safety, love and presence they never got, your nervous system stops running on old survival code. The threat responses that were wired in when you were too young to understand them start to dissolve. You’re not managing your reactions anymore. You’re healing the root that created them.

Turns out a lot of what sets us off out here has nothing to do with what’s happening out here.

It’s the little version of you that never got what they needed.

Go find them. They’ve been waiting.

Something started tonight.

I’m not sure I have the words.

I watched strangers hold each other and cry.

I watched a sacred container form in real time — vulnerability, trust and safety flowing through everyone in that room.

And if you’ve ever felt like the love you’ve been searching for is somewhere outside of you — This room was proof that it isn’t.
It’s always been inside you.

That work is yours alone to do.

But you were never meant to do it alone.

What began tonight will grow, deepen and evolve. 🤍
