Fire Jump Indiana Badlands @spartanrace Super 🔥

Jumping through fire, sliding through mud, and crossing another finish line with my favorite person beside me.

There’s something pretty damn special about doing hard things together while pushing each other, laughing through the suffering, and getting to the other side side by side.

2026 Trifecta complete. ❤️🔥

Wouldn’t want anyone else beside me for the adventure. by @loveandobstacles

The Rope climb is still my favorite obstacle.

There’s just something about making that climb and ringing the bell that never gets old. I could never get it on my first few races, trained for it, nailed it!

Crushing the Z Wall at the Indiana Super. Around the corner, hit the bell, done.

Definitely one of those obstacles that gets a little more fun every time you figure it out. by @loveandobstacles

New technique on the monkey bars at the Indiana Badlands @spartanrace AROO! 💯🔥❤️ by @loveandobstacles

TRIFECTA COMPLETE!

Cincy Sprint. Indiana Super. West Virginia Beast.

When we got these medals we were specifically warned not to lose the center piece.

We lost it. But we found it!

Three awesome races, plenty of failed obstacles, a lot of miles, and a hell of a lot of fun getting here together. AROO! ❤️🔥💪 by @loveandobstacles

Ended our @spartanrace Trifecta with a Super at the Badlands in Indiana! 🏅🏅

What a killer season. Tough races, awesome memories, and a whole lot of obstacles along the way. Couldn’t ask for a better person to do it all with.

We are planning next year and thinking about a trip overseas for a race. Any suggestions? by @loveandobstacles

West Virginia @spartanrace Beast🔥

I crushed a lot of these obstacles, but there are always a few ready to humble me.

Olympus still needs work. I finally made it over Stairway to Sparta using the stepping block for the first time. I felt like I can handle the Multi-Rig, but first time with those ropes at the end of it beat me.

Some wins, some lessons, and plenty to work on before the next one. That’s what LoveAndObstacles is all about. Thanks to my lovely wife for being by my side ❤️ by @loveandobstacles

New favorite obstacle. by @loveandobstacles

Twister absolutely whipped me 😂

My form is terrible. I’ve mostly been winging some of the obstacles while I built up enough strength to get through them, but I think it might finally be time to learn some actual technique.

In my defense it was around mile 16 but it was still brutal.

Thanks to my beautiful wife for filming ❤️ by @loveandobstacles

One must always strike a pose for the camera. Even when carrying a ridiculously heavy chain. Priorities. ✌️
