Less hiding, more living. ✨🩷 by @loveericabarbie

(+1 🎂) January 1… another year of becoming her. ✨🩷🌸 by @loveericabarbie

A love letter to my body. 💛

To the scars I used to hide.
To the parts of me I once criticized.
To the body that kept fighting when I didn’t think it could.

For the first time, I stopped trying to hide my scars and started embracing the story they tell.

My body has been through a lot, but it’s still carrying me through this beautiful life.

So for the first time, I let the sun touch every part of the story. ✨ by @loveericabarbie

Straight A’s in being THAT girl. 💋 by @loveericabarbie

Today at Lov Studios with Logan, I got to experience what it looks like when movement becomes more than just a workout.

Mat Pilates. Mobility. Wellness. Intentional movement.

What stood out to me was how intentional everything felt.

This isn’t the kind of workout where you’re rushing through movements just to say you worked out.

Every movement is slow, controlled, and focused on your form. You’re actually paying attention to your body—your mobility, your endurance, your alignment, and how everything feels as you move.

It’s a full-body approach to wellness with holistic practices, support from a nurse practitioner, and movement that helps you understand and take care of your body from the inside out.

Because the way you take care of your body doesn’t just show up in the mirror.

It shows up in how you move.
How you feel.
How you carry yourself.
How you live.

If you’re looking for something in the Smryna area that feels intentional, challenging, and actually connected to your overall wellness, Lov Studios is definitely worth it!

Just a lover girl doing what she loves.

A few of my favorite Pilates moves that remind me just how strong, capable, and beautiful movement can feel.

A love letter to my body, through movement. 💌 by @loveericabarbie

Falling in love with the life I’m creating. 🌹❤️ by @loveericabarbie

My schedule this week! Come take a class with me at @thelovstudios and/or @crunch.chamblee @crunch.duluth 🩷 by @loveericabarbie

There was a time when Pilates was something I did for myself. Now I get to stand in front of a room, put on my mic, and help other people discover what their bodies are capable of. 🥹

I’m still learning, still growing, still becoming, but every class reminds me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. What started as movement has become purpose. 🤎✨ by @loveericabarbie

This is for the girls who felt they needed to hide.
This is for the girls who covered up because they thought they had to.
This is for the girls who believed their imperfections made them less beautiful.

For so long, I was one of those girls.

My journey hasn’t been about becoming perfect. It’s been about learning to love the body that has carried me through every hard season.

My scars tell a story of survival.
My flaws remind me I’m human.
And my confidence came the moment I stopped waiting to be “perfect” before living my life. ✨💛 by @loveericabarbie

A couple weeks ago, I had to press pause. My body needed rest before it was ready for movement again. 🩷

Today, I’m back doing what I love.

Not because my journey is over, but because my body deserves to be celebrated through every chapter.

Every workout is a reminder that healing isn’t linear, and every time I step on the mat, I’m grateful for what my body continues to do for me.

If you’ve ever had to slow down because your body needed you to listen, this is your reminder that rest is part of the journey too. 🌸 by @loveericabarbie
