A simple passage… yet its meaning runs deeper.

What may appear as ordinary food items (oil, dates, and tahini) is in fact a message of dignity and solidarity.

In Emirati culture, giving is not measured by amount, but by impact.

From major initiatives to the smallest details, the value remains the same: giving in silence.

And sometimes, the most powerful messages are not political, but human.

Behind every woman who makes a difference is someone who believed in her before the world did.

On the Love for UAE podcast, Lojain Omran reflects on how her father, an officer in the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, encouraged her to pursue media at a time when it was not widely accepted for Saudi women.

When offered her first TV appearance for International Women’s Day, she expected him to say no. Instead, he asked two life-changing words: “Why not?”

Those words opened the door to a successful media career, with her father’s belief remaining her greatest source of strength.

Watch the full story and discover how one person’s belief can change the course of a whole live.

From Jubail in Saudi Arabia to the lights of Dubai, Lojain Omran’s journey began with a visit she never expected would lead to a second home.

Known across the Arab world through *Good Morning Arabs*, Lojain began her professional career in Bahrain’s banking sector before becoming one of the Gulf’s most recognised media personalities.

In 2005, she arrived in Dubai to film a single television episode. What she discovered was something far greater: a country that embraced diversity, opened doors to opportunity, and valued people for their achievements rather than their origins.

That visit became more than a turning point in her career. It marked the beginning of a lasting connection with a country she would come to call home.

Stay tuned for the full episode of the Love for UAE Podcast.

Ambition grew, and capabilities advanced.

From laying the foundations to strengthening readiness, the Ministry of Defence continued its journey through investment in expertise, advanced technology, and continuous training.

Years of development and achievement shaped a national force defined by professionalism, readiness, and excellence.

A force built to protect the nation, and one that has earned recognition and respect.

This is where the story began.

A vision ahead of its time, a resolve that laid the foundations, and men who carried the responsibility of defending a nation preparing to shape its future.

From those first steps, a national force began to grow, becoming over time a symbol of determination, readiness, and pride.

This was more than a beginning. It was the first chapter in the story of a nation’s strength.

⁨ An American citizen shares her amazement at a culture in the UAE that celebrates identity، and where a person is defined by their belonging and values before any differences.

In a society built on respect and unity, identity transcends color, and belonging becomes a shared language that unites all.

This is how the UAE presents a model where humanity comes first.

This story is not about a parked car، it is about a culture built on trust.

In Dubai, safety isn’t created only locks, but clear laws, accountability, and a society where integrity feels natural.

Here, trust turns into stability, and stability into opportunities upon which life and the future are built.

Watch closely and decide for yourself.
