Celebrating LA, the cultures, artists, organizers + real ppl who make our city run and organizing to make our city better for all of us

POSTS STORIES REELS

The Trump Administration keeps trying to interfere and sabotage our elections. They’re spreading lies and confusion and trying to intimidate voters to stop us from voting because they are afraid of what happens when ordinary people show up to vote.

But we won’t be intimidated. We’re showing up to vote and to protect our vote because we know its our power to decide our healthcare, our wages, our rents. It’s our power to protect our families and communities.

Today we vote. Then after the election we demand they count every vote, certify and RESPECT OUR VOTES.

Mark your calendars now. Save it and share it. Because we’re not stopping until they respect our votes.

I believe this will be a great night for our democracy. Despite the power of the federal government and billionaire wealth, that tried everything they could intimidate and stop us, we the people, could not be stopped!

Let’s goooooooooooooo! by @lovepowersla

Here’s what’s next for LA! Come out on Saturday for a post-election concert and rally to ensure our democratic voting processes are respected! by @lovepowersla

We voted for health care we can count on, for rents and gas prices we can afford. We voted to protect our families and for a government that works for ordinary people, not billionaires. Here’s how we protect everything we voted for once the polls close. by @lovepowersla

When Californians show up, our elected leaders have to pay attention to what matters most to us: our wages, our bills, and our families.

Polls are open until 8 PM. If you’re in line by 8, you can vote.

We’re showing up to vote—and to protect our vote! 🗳️💚

Over 30 neighbors joined KIWA for a Neighborhood Vote Protector training this past Friday, and we’ll be at Vote Centers in Koreatown through Election Day to:

✅ Watch for voter intimidation.
✅ Document and report voting problems to legal experts.
✅ Help voters know their rights.

We won’t be intimidated. Our community. Our vote. Our power! ✊

Vote early if you can! Polls close Tuesday, November 3, at 8 PM. by @lovepowersla
