Proof of life! #35 08/17
Reminiscing on the completed 34th rotation around the Sun. It has been a blessing to live through the ups & downs of life. Experiencing a full year of being a Husband, Father and Pet Daddy, learning when to hold close and when to relinquish control. I couldn't have asked for a better family and support system of friends. Here's to another year of the Human Experience on this earthly plane 🥂 by @lovethyhippie

On July 3rd 95' an amazing being descended into this world. Little did she know that she would grow up to be a Shining Light that graces every place with her presence & Love. An Artist, teacher, daughter, Mother, Wife, thinker, talker, producer, gardener and so many more adjectives to describe the person she has become. It has been a privilege to be with you on this journey for these last 6+ years. From long distance Twitter DMs to raising our child and growing our family in Philly together. I appreciate where we've come from and I'm excited for the next steps in life.
Love you to the Moon and beyond 🖤❤️‍🔥 by @lovethyhippie

More than 6 months ago you came into this world and blessed us. Snuggled in an extra couple of days with your Mother because the warmth of her Love was too good to let go of. In your short span of living you've changed the way I walk, talk and feel in this earthly realm. Thank you for giving me the gift of Fatherhood Baby Marlie 🖤🫰🏽

it is hard to put into words what it feels like to photograph someone you care about so deeply with the love of their life, but the best way i can describe it is winning the lottery over and over again for the rest of your life. thank you to my sweet friends diamond and joel for your trust and patience as we created these gorgeous images together. it was so easy because you two are so in love and it shows. congratulations and here’s to forever!!!! ❤️❤️ by @lovethyhippie

Hey Y'all! Just throwing some photos & videos up from the last few months.

Rest in Peace Tigue, you will be missed 🕊️🐾 by @lovethyhippie

First time traveling overseas and London was a Blast! Love that my friends get married out the country because it's the best reason to travel. Thank you to the newly wed Balgobins @thatnewdress & @alexanderbalgobin for an awesome experience! That wedding theme was one for the books 🙌🏽🇬🇧

Been quite a while since I dropped some life content. This is a sliver of 6+ months with the lovely people in my life doing the things I love. Gotta empty the tank before I drop that London content 💁🏽💁🏽 by @lovethyhippie

In October we had the privilege of witnessing the beautiful union of @stonefitlyfestyle & @faye_faye616 in Jamaica! It's the first time I traveled there without seeing family. So many moments enjoyed with loved ones that will be cherished for years to come. I am truly blessed and those around me are blessed !

Mid-Key missing my Ripped grizzled gremlin aesthetic.
Afro-Beard connection was 👨🏽‍🍳🤌🏽
We workin' on functionally fit this season tho. Aesthetics will come as an aftereffect to my distance training. Cross Country season and a half marathon in the next couple of months. Stay tuned for that endurance physique 💁🏽

What an Honour and a privilege to be able to witness this Matrimonial Unification between two of my closest friends that I've known separately & together for the last 15+ years. Running 6 days a week with @sir_garvenchy with the Midwood Hornets Track team and attending Bethesda Church of God on Flatbush with @modelnehemie , I couldn't have imagined a greater union that is the Haitian Brooklyn Powerhouse Neh-Venchy @thehaitiancouple [name still pending... I like Neh-Gar tho lol].
Learning Haitian culture in Brooklyn then being able to experience it on the land has been a magical experience. The land is so rich with culture it's falling off the bone. Much of the country reminds me of Jamaica's country and it really felt like home [if only my Creole was better tho lol]. I loved every minute of it. Thank you both x 1 million!!
