POSTS STORIES REELS

"The Shoreline Project"
Designing within a marine microclimate requires a different kind of restraint.
Salt air. Coastal light. Wind movement. Softness.
Here, drifts of Deergrass catch the afternoon sun while white sage, Santa Cruz IslanB buckwheat, and Carmel Sur Manzanita create a quiet, layered palette rooted in the California coastline.
The intention was never to overpower the site, but to let the landscape feel inevitable — naturalistic, resilient, and deeply connected to place.
At LSD Studio, we approach projects through a fully integrated design, build, and maintenance process, allowing the original vision to carry through from concept to long-term stewardship.
Landscapes designed to mature gracefully with time.

Texture, in itself, can tell a story.
Up close, everything softens—and in that softening, feeling emerges.
