Before we dive back into Season 1, meet our host @lteezofficial whose background, shaped by people, places, and flavours from across the world, is exactly what pulls him toward the hands behind the plate and the communities behind the food.

Love your food, know your spots, feed your soul.

There's only one place in Montreal where you can taste Madagascar — and @lteezofficial went straight there.

@325f.restaurant opened on Masson in 2023, serving recipes passed down from the owner's grandparents, unchanged and unforgettable.

Feed Your Soul – Episode 4 ft. @325f.restaurant out now!

Love your food, know your spots, feed your soul.

2 weeks since SDLM came out 🪩
And I’m still pretty sure she doesn’t love. But summer is on the way right ?

In a city full of buzzy collabs and restaurant groups, @lteezofficial finds something else entirely at @buboymtl — a family restaurant that relocated from NDG to Chinatown, now neighbours with @dobeandandy

Authentic cuisine, same soul: casual, comforting, and tasting like someone made it just for you.

Feed Your Soul – Episode 2 ft. @buboymtl out now.

Love your food, know your spots, feed your soul.

Some places feed you. Others make you feel like you never have to leave. Dobe & Andy is a Hong Kong-style diner doing both and quietly betting that genuine hospitality is exactly what this neighbourhood needs right now.

HARD WORK PAYS OFF 🪩🍾 7 Editorial playlist for “SDLM”

Someone take a Time Machine and tell “Lil Teez” to keep going because you love this shit and that’s all that matters. Making music is such a rollercoaster of a journey. So it’s important to celebrate all the WINS you can when you get them. Thank you to everyone who supports, believes in my talent and shows me love.

She might just end up loving you 🤣

The food is where it starts. @lteezofficial goes looking for the hands behind the plate—the cooks, the communities, and the stories that rarely make it to the table.

Love your food, know your spots, feed your soul.
