He was supposed to protect her.
Not fall for her.
Not encourage the chaos.
And definitely not become the one person who understood it. 🖤
But Eva Cavanagh was never a damsel in distress.
And Lennox Lawson was about to learn that loving her meant embracing every part of the woman she was becoming.

When the coldest man in the room has exactly one weakness… and her name is Gabby. 🔥❄️

Emmett Cavanagh isn’t a man who makes promises lightly. He’s controlled, calculating and not particularly interested in what anyone thinks of him.

But when it comes to her?

He’ll make sure she’s happy. He’ll make sure she has everything she wants. And he’ll make damn sure nobody stands in the way.

Because sometimes the most dangerous men love the hardest.

And Ice? He’s already melting. 🥵🖤

He was Ice. Cold, controlled and convinced he was better off alone.

She was Fire. Everything he shouldn’t want and everything he couldn’t seem to stay away from.

But sometimes the hardest part of loving someone isn’t letting them in.

It’s believing they’ll stay when they see the parts of you you’ve spent a lifetime hiding.

And sometimes, the person who seems to have everything under control is the one fighting the hardest battle within themselves. 🖤

Emmett and Gabby’s story isn’t just about chemistry, obsession and the delicious tension between two people who can’t stay away from each other.

It’s about vulnerability, trust and finding someone who makes you want a future you never thought you’d have.

My TBR is growing at an alarming rate, my reading speed has NOT improved, and somehow we’re already heading into the Christmas chaos. 🎄💀

Between work, kids, Christmas shopping, end-of-year events and approximately 472 books I NEED to read immediately… I’m starting to think sleep is an unnecessary luxury. 😂📚

And the worst part? I keep finding MORE books to add.

Do I have time to read them? No.
Will I stop adding them? Also no.
Will I convince myself I’ll catch up over the Christmas holidays? Absolutely. 🤡

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose TBR is growing faster than their ability to function as an adult. 😂🖤

📚✨ BOOKISH FRIENDS, I NEED YOUR OPINIONS! ✨📚

So, I've been playing around in Canva (as one does when they should probably be doing a million other things 😂) and I've created a few monthly reading trackers!

Different aesthetics for different reading moods because, well, not all of us are sunshine and butterflies. Some of us like our fictional men a little morally questionable. 🖤😂

I've put together a few designs, and now I'm wondering...

Would anyone actually be interested in using these? 👀

The idea would be to share FREE editable Canva templates each month so you can add your own book covers, track your reads and share your monthly wrap-ups! Eventually I would add book review templates etc as well.

Swipe through and let me know what you think!

💕 Would you use one?
📖 Which aesthetic is your favourite?
✨ Are there any other themes you'd love to see?

If there's enough interest, I might just make this a monthly thing!

When a reader tells you they’re crying before they’ve even reached Chapter One… 🥹❤️

I received this message yesterday, and it made me go back and read the dedication I’d written for Fire & Ice.

And I’ll admit, I got a little emotional myself.

Because sometimes, when you’re so caught up in writing, editing, formatting and getting a book out into the world, you forget just how much of yourself you’ve poured into those pages.

I write about complicated people. People carrying pain, hiding pieces of themselves, learning to trust and discovering that love doesn’t always arrive in the way they expected.

And underneath the romance, the suspense and the spice, there’s always something I hope a reader takes away.

That you are not too much. You are not too damaged. You are exactly enough.

So when someone connects with those words, before the story has even begun, it means more than I can explain.

This. This is why I write. 🖤

Thank you for reading, for feeling and for reminding me that words really do matter.

Spend 24 hours with us.... ⏰
✒️ 6 authors, 🌍 3 timezones, 6 routines. One thing in common: our love of writing. 📚

While one of us is pouring her first coffee ☕️, others are looking after their little ones or walking the 🐕. Between work, studying and looking after family: our chapters are drafted, plots holes are filled and our worlds are slowly coming to life. Every day, the words get written (even if many are deleted after!)

Today, my second book was released. 🥹❤️

And today, I also had one of those days where absolutely everything felt harder than it should.

I had plans. So many plans. Writing, editing, creating content, celebrating this milestone.

Instead, I found myself needing to stop.

I’m sharing this because I think sometimes social media makes it look like we’re all constantly achieving, creating, celebrating and thriving.

But behind the books and the pretty graphics, there’s a real person. One who’s juggling a career, a family, chronic health issues and a dream she’s spent years bringing to life.

I’m so incredibly proud of what I’ve accomplished. I wouldn’t change this journey for anything.

But today reminded me that I can love what I’m doing and still find it exhausting.

That I can be proud and still feel sad.

That I can have a dream come true and still need a day to breathe.

So here’s to the messy, imperfect, very human side of chasing your dreams.

And to remembering that sometimes doing less doesn’t mean you’re achieving less. ❤️

P.S. Fire & Ice is officially out in the world. And despite everything, that still makes my heart ridiculously happy. 🔥🧊

Tell me you grew up loving 10 Things I Hate About You without telling me… 😭❤️

Apparently, even when I'm writing dark romance, my love for an iconic 90s rom-com finds a way onto the page. 😂

Gabby is determined to hate Emmett Cavanagh.

She hates his voice. His hands. The way he looks at her. The way he knows exactly what she's thinking.

She especially hates that after everything, he still makes her feel things she desperately wishes she didn't.

But the one thing she hates most?

That she doesn't actually hate him. Not even a little bit. 🥹

A little 10 Things I Hate About You moment, with a whole lot more tension, secrets and spice. 🔥❄️

ONE. MORE. SLEEP. 🔥❄️

Gabby and Emmett have been waiting patiently (okay, maybe not so patiently 😂) for their turn.

A year of secrets. Friday nights. A man she knew only as Ice. And one very inconvenient connection to her best friend…

Tomorrow, their story is yours. 🖤
