“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

🌿Harmonia

✨Hand-sculpted roundbar steel with metal, copper, and brass plating.
•Resin orbs with botanical and insect specimens 🐞.

🌬️Harmonia emerges out from the earth as a woman shaped of nature. Her face, plated in warm metals to evoke leaves and living plants. She carries a quiet strength and endurance. From her branch-like hair flow flowering tendrils, symbols of renewal and balance. She embodies the gentle power of the divine feminine and the healing wholeness found when we are in harmony with the natural world.

Harmonia was dreamed up in community conversations around how we can move more gently, quietly, and in balance with nature. Treading as lightly as possible on this Earth. Honoring mother nature as our source of life and greatest teacher.

Manifesting among Giants.

Soft soul, heavy metal. 🏗️✨ Capturing the incredible energy of Lucille amidst the reclaimed giants of Crania. She creates to shift perspectives and inspire an evolved way of thinking.

Art is not just what you see, it’s what you feel. Big things are coming soon for this visionary soul.

Nurtureal 50cm x 15cm

Reclaimed mild steel, copper, brass, and walnut wood.

Handsculpted mixed metal roundbar and wire armature. Layering of plasmacut metal plates, gas brazed together. Decorative metal melted into the sculpture as well as flame treated to create patinas. Mounted on a piece of walnut tree I shaped and sanded. Polished and sealed.

This small seahorse sculpture was inspired by the ocean conservation and coral restoration work my friends @globalcoralition do. Last year, we were talking about an ocean inspired series that could bring awareness to the cause and help raise funding for coral restoration projects. This piece was dreamed up, sold during an auction, and a percentage was given towards the non-profit for future projects.

Check out @atabey.gc to see one of the underwater sculptures they have in the Dominican Republic that already has some baby corals growing on it, as well as their onland coral nursery. I was involved in making that artificial reef sculpture. 🌊 🪸

Right now, I am calling in some animal themed sculptures that could be paired and beneficial to animal conservation projects and places. If you know of anything or anyone who would be interested, please feel free to DM me. 🔮 ✨️

Handmade decorative copper bowls.

When I sculpt, I often find myself drawn to create artworks that look delicate and ethereal even though, in reality, metal is quite strong. I focus on creating the emptiness between the material. We can imagine the pieces as being complete. By seeing the void, we understand the form and shape more deeply. What is there is informed by what isn't.

As much as I love all metals, copper is my favourite to work with. The colours that can be brought out of the metal are incredibly beautiful. These artworks have a fiery pallette which evokes a sense of burnt wood and Autum leaves.

Handmade decorative copper bowls.

Reclaimed aged copper cut into delicate and decorative plates, which I shaped and joined together with gas welding and copper rods. It is a very delicate process as copper melts away easily. The aged copper had some natural occurring patterns and patinas, which I enhanced with heat and fire to bring out more colours and depth.

I took inspiration for these from leaves and lichen. Nature is always my greatest muse. 💙
