Even if you are not the type to start random conversations, when you are open and aware that everything around you is being given to you and a gift, beautiful things happen 🤍

I am so grateful I asked for her number and asked her to have coffee with me. I ended up with my aunt in her house, learning about art, life in Poland, love, how to use neuroscience to heal through art and so much more.

Something she said I will try tonight was, when you go to bed do a body scan and collect all the energy you gave to those around you, bring back all the the energy they took as well and remember God and light are within you always 🫶🏼

If you are interested in having a new hobby and learning to paint @danuta_rothschild you can reach out to her.

Today is going to be one to remember 🤍
Incredibly grateful to have shared a room with people who are making such a positive impact on our world and who left us feeling inspired and motivated to do more as well.

We’ll be sharing more about what we took away from today’s speakers soon because it is something worth sharing!

Their hearts beat slower than ours. When we spend time with them, we begin to match their calm 🤎

Everytime I asked someone what is there to do in the area they say “not much” BUT I found
a record store that sells award winning coffee and outlets everywhere (perfect for working) @roastedrecord
a lunch spot by the water with Manatees @gilbertscoffeebar
a nail salon where they charge you regular price but put hot stones on your feet and feed you chocolate strawberries
And a hot cute Pilates studio @sculptandtonestudio by @luckyonecatalina
