Been wanting to start this page for a while… so here we are✨

I've created this space to share my fitness journey - running, Pilates, and moving my body in ways that feel good.

To me, movement is more than just exercise, it’s how we connect our mind and body, feel strong, and build confidence from the inside out ✨

No striving for perfection, just making small, intentional choices each day that support our health, happiness and overall wellbeing 🤍

Very excited for this new chapter and everything it may bring x by @lucywildelifestyle

Peak week was peaking & motivation.... was on the floor🫠

Week 3 half marathon training completed!

This week was all about balance, still enjoyed some gorgeous home cooked meals (I eat steak now!????), a work lunch & a full weekend of plans 💖 no restricting here just being mindful when eating and forward planning my workouts!!

We also substituted the tempo run with the re:sculpt class which had 20mins of treadmill intervals in it - really trying to be flexible around my plan so I can still go to the classes I love 🫶🏻✨ by @lucywildelifestyle
