Everything is a sign. Like this cross left in the crumbs on my plate after a toasted sandwich. Yum! Days of remembering London, days when I worked @wembleystadium and learned to dry laundry in nifty ways. Back on the mat and dreaming. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌸🩷 #blessed #lovelife #positivevibes by @luisadilallo

Cugini- cousins. Our lil ones meeting over chips and sauce looking out to what’s next. The invention of a San Choy Bow hot dog( mine💯) for football finals viewing and a month of splendid and ordinary things like doing the laundry using a basket my mum gave me and a bag that holds pegs- a final homemade gift from my mother in law Marisa last year, golden soft sunsets, lots of home cooking and meal prep as well as some scrummy meals out and a cute lil goanna that crossed my path today that could be auspicious! Hope so 🤞🏽🙏🏽. #blessed #lovelife #family by @luisadilallo

What an unexpected delight at the Art Gallery of Western Australia today to see the #stormiemills exhibition with so many memories flooding back to me of seeing his work on the streets of Perth during my own early days of the 80s. I love you Stormie thanks for the memories #blessed #lovelife #gratitude by @luisadilallo

Why I love my hometown Perth
- flame trees -walking in an unexpected storm getting drenched like it’s a baptism -then sitting on the beach the next day to start a tan in the winter sun #blessed #lovelife #perth by @luisadilallo

Taking some time to catch my breath and sit in silence was choiceless.

During this time I learned of the death of my beautiful Ollie. We met in 2015 in London at Starbucks. A meet cute that was written in the stars. He held my hand through the grief and loss of my father and then my beloved husband Giovi. We lived in our own bubble and shut out the world so our time together was our own. He, like me, began a working life at a very young age. Professional football was his calling and like me he suffered the loss of this through standing up for a team mate. He was kind and loving and never abusive. He taught me about his religion as a Muslim, gave me back my confidence and self esteem and showed me how to live the adventure of London. This year marked his 40th year. He lived his life to every limit and so lived 3x his years on the planet. I’ll not mourn you my love, instead I will celebrate you every time I see a rainbow as I do my father when I’m at the beach and Giovi when I’m in the mountains. You taught me to always honour those that have passed so they never truly die. I now have 3 ascended heroes. #blessed #lucky #love 🩷🩷🩷
I’ve embraced my life again after a time of choiceless limbo and reflection. I cheered on my good friend DJ Lee @levietnamcafe as I popped in for one last meal at the OG before their move and new chapter, I got caught up in the oshies collection quest with my Joa and Winter and dove deeply into recovery @p3recovery_fremantle ( it feels like home ) with encouraging results this far as longevity became my mission.
This is not a new chapter for me, it’s an entirely new book 📕Sending you love from mushy me ♥️💋🌸 by @luisadilallo

Time to get back to the mainland. In all ways. This will be my last post for a while. Some years ago it was foretold that the pain and suffering in my life would end on the day I received news of the passing of someone close to me from my gen and the Gen before mine in messages I was to receive from two seperate people on the same day within an hour.. Last week that day came. 13 years of abuse, destruction and lies. Over! Woohoo the circle is now fully complete. And a new beginning has sprouted here for me on Rottnest island as we (🙏🏽 @kyyyyyzz )nestled with the spirits of this island who themselves suffered greatly on this earth. So it’s a goodbye from me for a while as I give social media a rest. Thank you to Glastonbury online card readings ( free) for this card of confirmation I got last night in a reading and words of wisdom from my life guru @josephinemcgrail12 this morning in her story.I’ve enjoyed documenting my travels and life. I leave you in peace. My peace I give you. I love you 🩷#blessed #lovelife #peace by @luisadilallo
