Being a father has taught me that everything I do has a deeper purpose it’s all for them. Whether I’m pushing myself in the gym, working hard to build a better future, or simply being present, it’s driven by love and the desire to show them what strength, commitment, and care look like. But here’s the lesson: You have to know your ‘why’—not just in fitness, but in life. Why do you wake up early? Why do you work so hard? For me, it’s knowing that every rep, every decision, every sacrifice is for the people I love most. It’s about showing my kids that I’ll always be there for them—strong, steady, and full of love. To Aaron, Valeria, and Diego: You are my reason. My purpose. My everything. As your father, I promise to always lift you up, guide you, and love you with all that I am. Remember—when you know your ‘why,’ nothing can stop you. @mckenzielockwoodphoto 📸🔥 thank you so much for these #fitlife #fit #gymmotivation #gym #fatherlove #father #fatlossjourney #father by @luisberumen.fit
There was a time I weighed 330 lbs. I wasn’t just overweight — I was lost, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of starting over. Fast forward to today: under 10% body fat — not because of shortcuts, extremes, or obsession… but because of patience, structure, and consistency. This transformation didn’t happen fast. It happened because I stopped forcing motivation and started following a plan that actually made sense for my life. The right training. The right nutrition. The right mindset. Over time — done the right way. That’s why I’m proud to be at Force Fitness. This isn’t a place built on ego or trends. It’s built on structure, accountability, and real work — the same principles that took me from broken to disciplined, from overweight to confident. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels… If you want real results without destroying your life to get them… Force Fitness is where that work gets done. 📍 Come check out the new facility. 💪 Schedule a workout session and experience the process for yourself. 📩 DM me or stop by — let’s get to work. #BuiltFromBroken #ForceFitness #TransformationJourney #DisciplineOverMotivation #RealResults NoShortcuts ConsistencyWins FitnessWithPurpose by @luisberumen.fit

“When you finally understand that you don’t have one more day… but one less.” That changes everything. You stop wasting time on things that don’t matter. You stop putting off the work. You stop telling yourself “I’ll start tomorrow.” Because the truth is — tomorrow isn’t promised. And the version of you that you keep delaying? He’s waiting on you to show up today. Moments like this… in the gym, with people who push you, who hold you accountable, who grow with you — that’s what matters. This isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about building something real. It’s about becoming someone you’re proud of — while you still have the time to do it. Grateful for days like these. Grateful for my brotha @antzolew . Because one day, these moments are all we’ll have. Don’t wait. Start now. 💪 Tag someone you train with that keeps you accountable. #BuiltFromBroken #NoDaysWasted #GymBrotherhood #TimeIsNow #DisciplineOverMotivation LegacyMindset TrainWithPurpose LouFitness by @luisberumen.fit
