POSTS STORIES REELS

10 years ago, I asked: “If I had all the money, all the resources, and I could not fail, what would I do?”

The answer I got back was “Create Transformative Experiences”

As thoughts go, I forgot about it and got swept up in the busyness of life.

Looking back, I recognize that I have actually been working towards that goal this whole time:
- leading men’s groups
- exploring the most beautiful places on Earth
- uncovering the essence of a good adventure
- Most importantly, going through a deep transformation myself

Ecuador has changed me.

In the past 4 years, I’ve gone from anxious overthinking to trusting in myself without needing to see the details of the whole path ahead.

When I first came here, a good friend shared a deep insight: “A single decision can change the entire course of your life.”

My life has been changed for the better, and I’d love to share not just the stories, but the lived experience with you.

If you’re a man who’s always wanted to visit the Amazon and is ready to engage fully with life, send me “LET’S GO!” and well see if it’s a good fit. by @lukaskulbis

You don’t rise to the level of your mental ambitions,
You fall to your nervous system’s baseline.

I took the leap of faith, I experienced setbacks, I learned valuable lessons.

I hope you have some takeaways from my story.

More importantly, I hope this inspires a tangible change in your life (no matter how small)

Many blessings 🙏🏼

“When you change the way you look at things,
The things you look at start to change”

You ever complain?
It probably doesn’t care.

When you realize that every moment is an opportunity to grow, the personal offense dissipates.

Life isn’t happening to you.
Life is happening for you

You ever just do it?

Climb that mountain?
Step into the unknown?
Take that swing of faith?
Adopt that dog?
Read that book?
Decide you’re going to have fun along the way?

I did.

Highly recommended.

“Just One More Rep!”

Steps 2-100 don’t matter if you can’t do step 1.
Step 1 changes 2-100, so your plans are going to get messed up anyway.

When you’re at the point of breakthrough,
That’s where you prove, through your persistence, that you’re ready for the next level.

I recognize the irony that I am taking a break while sharing this:
- breaks that recover are essential
- breaking the momentum is typically caused by fear

Step by Step.
Breath by Breath.
Climb your mountain! by @lukaskulbis

Had a spectacular time summiting Rucu Pichincha, an active volcanoes that looms over the UNESCO heritage city of Quito, Ecuador.

What started off as a solo hike and intention to connect through some nature time turned into something profound.

Typically, I find myself in my head, overthinking the vast challenges and opportunities of life.

Since starting my heart based practices, I focused on living more from the heart, in the best of now, the breath of the present.

About an hour from the top, a friendly Ecuadorian tuned into the “guide” energy that I’ve been embodying. Without prompting, he asked for me to guide him and his crew up to the top.

I happily obliged, sharing in some eudaimonic joy, teaching some breathing techniques for recovery, and leading them the safe way through th terrain.

They named me “tio Lukas” (uncle Lukas).

It wasn’t just the raw nature and getting a view above the clouds (literally) that made such an impression on me.

I was tapped in to my mission, my dharma - to be a guide through transformative experiences - and the universe responded in a very explicit way.

I’m EXTREMELY excited to lead a group of men through the Amazon jungle and up this very mountain August 15-23. I’ve been preparing for years.

“When you genuinely commit to something,
The whole universe conspires to make it so”

I truly believe that the most important thing you can do in your life is
1. Understand your gifts
2. Share you gifts

We are social creatures - when we’re good, we naturally want to spread the goodness to others.

Step by Step,
Breath by Breath,
Keep moving.

You’re exactly where you need to be
