From April 2027, I’m bringing concessionary bus travel in East Riding into line with Hull, giving East Riding bus pass holders the same benefits. Fairer travel, helping people stay connected across our region 🚎 by @luke11campbell
Great to be out in our rural villages, meeting local people and looking at their sports and community facilities. Children should have the chance to get active, enjoy sport and make friends wherever they live. These spaces also matter for parents and older residents, helping people stay active, socialise and feel connected. I want to make sure our rural communities don’t miss out, with facilities that bring every generation together. by @luke11campbell
Looking back at an amazing week in India 🇮🇳 Met so many fantastic people, with the focus of networking and introducing myself to potential investors that are looking to support the Hull and East Yorkshire area. Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together 🤝 by @luke11campbell

Yesterday I spoke at an event in support of #yorkshire defence supply chain businesses and called on the government to match their talk with money - and now I see the (ex) Defence Secretary agrees… by @luke11campbell
Valuable discussions yesterday with Mayor @andreajenkynsmp and leaders from across the #Humber, talking about the future of our region. The Humber is a powerhouse for energy, industry and growth, and #Hull & #EastYorkshire has a huge role to play. We’ve got the people, the potential and the ambition to keep moving forward. The message from government is clear, when organisations pull in different directions, our region loses out. With combined authorities now on both sides of the Humber, we’ve got a real opportunity to work together, speak with one voice and fight for the investment our communities deserve. @futurehumber @eastriding @nelcouncil @hull_trains @humberfreeport @siemensgamesa @hullcitycouncil abphumber @sewellgroup @greaterlincscca @orsted @c4dihull @humbersidefire by @luke11campbell
We’re proud to support Park Street Performing Arts Centre through our Community Fund, with more to come on how they're using their grant coming soon. If you’re a charity, community group, or non-profit having a similar impact, applications are now open. Apply today and tell us how a community grant can make a difference. Tag any community organisations that should get involved and help us reach even more groups doing great work. #HullandEastYorkshire #Hull #EastYorkshire #Community #CommunitySupport #LocalProjects #Fundingthefuture #CommunityMatters by @luke11campbell
The office before the office. Nothing beats putting the work in early, getting in the gym, staying sharp, and setting the tone before attacking the day head on. #stayfit #staysharp #fitandready #footwork #boxingdrills #gymlife #morningworkout #trainhard #noexcuses #hardworkpaysoff #discipline #stayready #workethic #fitlife #conditioning by @luke11campbell
Great to get out and visit Ian at @laurelvinesvineyard last week and hear first-hand about the challenges facing the sector. Producing around 25,000 bottles a year is no small feat, but one of the biggest issues right now is skills. Most of the specialist training is down in Sussex, and that’s a real barrier for businesses here in East Yorkshire. It makes it tougher to bring through new talent and grow the industry locally. That’s why the HEYCA Skills Team is actively working with training providers to explore and develop options for local training in viticulture and linked industries. This will support businesses like Ian’s and help build a stronger pipeline of talent for the future. by @luke11campbell
Thank you to Richard Tice for accepting my invitation to come to the #humberenergyboard meeting to talk with industry leaders about @thereformpartyuk energy policies. Getting energy costs down is important to help cut the cost of living and to get business growth and create more jobs. #hull #humber Greater Lincolnshire CCA by @luke11campbell
Big conversations are happening behind the scenes👀 The cruise terminal plans are starting to feel a lot more real now after a series of really positive meetings I’ve had recently. Nothing I can confirm just yet, but the opportunities this could bring for tourism, jobs, and investment are huge. Hull has always been a gateway to the world, and we’re pushing hard to build on that legacy. A quick visit to my other office🥊 There’s nothing quite like being in the gym, the discipline, focus, and hard work. #Boxing has always played a big part in my life, but it’s about more than sport. It’s about mindset, structure, and looking after your physical and mental health. As Mayor, I see how important it is to create opportunities for people across our region to stay active. It can be life-changing, building confidence, reducing stress, and bringing people together. That’s why I’ll always support initiatives that get people moving, making sure more people have access to ways to improve their health and wellbeing. #Hull #EastYorkshire #Wellbeing #Health #Healthandwellbeing #mentalhealth #stayingactive by @luke11campbell
