Permission to get SAPPY for a second? Usually instagrams a place for me to post pictures goofing off with friends with captions I think are funny. Today’s a little different though. I don’t always do the best at sharing how I feel especially on this app, but here’s a snippet. Today marks 2 years since returning home from my mission, and 4 years since leaving home for it. I need you to read these three things I learned on my mission. (You’ve seen a hundred of these posts) I went through photos from my mission hoping to add a couple “highlights” of amazing people I met along the way. There ended up being over 100 photos and I couldn’t bring myself to add some and not others. So alas here are just 3 plus 3 lessons I’ve taken with me. - Missions aren’t supposed to be easy they’re supposed to bring you closer to Jesus Christ. - Jesus Christ is very real, and knows you intricately. - Little children are the purest form of Christlike love and joy earth has to offer. Ok if you read this far what are your three best life lessons? by @luke_stevens5

Misión cumplida ✅ I’m grateful for these last two years serving the Lord and the people in Fresno! I loved my time and all the people I met! I’ll be speaking about it tomorrow at church and I’d love to see you there! by @luke_stevens5
