26 years later and the obsession is still there.

I’ve spent more than half my life training, fighting, learning, losing, winning, coaching and constantly trying to become a better martial artist.

I genuinely can’t imagine my life without it.

Martial arts has given me far more than fighting skills. It’s taught me discipline, humility, resilience, confidence and how much there is still to learn.

And that’s what I love about it.

There is always another skill to sharpen, another weakness to work on and another level to chase.

If you’ve ever thought about starting, don’t wait for the “right” time.

You don’t need to be young.
You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

Just start.

You never know where that first step might take you. 🥋❤️

The past 6 months of creating content have been an absolute blast 😂

Somewhere between the training and filming we’ve ended up having some of the funniest moments.

Creating content with the boys has been so much fun. Plenty of laughs, plenty of outtakes and a reminder not to take ourselves too seriously.
