Moments from the studio. A splash of pink, a pop of orange and a little magic happening on the drying line. ❤️🎨

One of my all time fave prints. The Bristol harbour cranes. I have printed these in a gorgeous marroony colour and also gold on sexy, navy paper. Come and see me and a whole bunch of super talented local artists at the North Bristol Art Trail end of November. Find out more by following me and @northbristolartists.

I will be showing these beauties, some new work and lots of the usual colourful prints I am best known for.

More sneak peaks in the next few weeks!

Another product shot! I’ve printed A4 sketchbooks for you. Then put a handmade, recycled paper belly band on them, closed with saved, painted tape and stamped with my handy dandy rubber @lulilovesyou stamp. So they all look fancy, ready for the North Bristol Arts Trail at the end of November.

It’s a perfectly timed trail full of amazing artists and makers with all sorts of things to see and buy in time for the gifting season.

I have new prints, new cards and these lovelies along with my usual BIG TRAIL SALE!

Come and hang out with me at my parkside studio on Horfield common.

Little packs of three Jenny Wrens in turquoise, neon pink and a lovely maroony purple. All hand printed and wrapped in recycled paper and painted tape. Perfect cards for any occasion. Super limited edition, only available at the North Bristol Art Fair at the end of November.

Gosh by @lulilovesyou

Hello! It’s been a minute. The North Bristol Art Trail is around the next bend and I’ve been making new screenprints. This is the larger transparency for a wren. I’ve printed her in gold on navy - super lovely and a new dark maroon colour that I mixed and I am pleased with if I say so myself.

Pop the last weekend of November in your diary and drop by the studio to see what’s new along with some old favourites…

When you make space to cultivate creative friendships - magical@things happen. A group of my talented, funny, multi interested friends meet monthly online and together in my studio to explore art making. We take it in turns to ‘host’ the sessions and they can be anything! This month we have been creating worlds and exploring 3D and light. Here are some images of our universe. We even have Major Business in his rocket but I forgot to get a good photo of him.

Our gang is called Art Cult - I warmly invite you to gather your own gang together and muck about like we do. If you are an artist, particularly one who has to hustle and make money from your work - then getting together with your creative mates to make art that has no other purpose than joy and delight is essential. It will feed your work, free your imagination and your artist heart.

I adore the 4 women in my little Art Gang. We made magic last night, if you pass by my studio after dark, peek in the windows and see if you can spot Major Business!

If you would like to join me for art making fun then pop to my bio and follow the link for ART CLUB a monthly session to encourage you to play and create.

The World Book Day window at St Peter’s Hospice is fab and my little A Frame is looking perky too! Here be me outside the shop being a poseur! I’ve lost a button on my mac. Shhh!

It’s been a while since I was asked to do an AFrame for @sphhorfield but I loved creating this for World Book Day Thursday 5th March! The shop will be full of parents running about trying to find elements for a costume and we will have fun trying to come up with solutions! Think frilly shirts and daft hats!

I am not an illustrator but I m delighted with the little Mouse drawing from the wonderful Gruffalo!

Still pottering along. Still out and abouting with my bestie Podge. Still running Art Club and gathering my arty pals together for fun and creativity. Soon I will be planning some dates for print workshops this spring and summer. If you would like to join me for some arty fun then pick up a link in my bio or DM me.

It’s a mad world out there and we have much to do - making art and connection feels like an act of responsible defiance to me.

How about you?

Happy Freaking New Year my friends. Go gently, with kindness and empathy. Be mindful of the impact of your words and deeds. You matter. What you think, say and do matters.

I’ve made no resolutions. The word I have chosen is not designed to drive me forward with ambition and grit. This year’s word is RELISH. My plan is to enjoy it all.

You will find me printing, sewing, cooking, walking, yogaing, laughing and mucking abouting.

Wear the thing, kiss the cutie, hug the pal, call your mum!

Yoo hoo! Up north, visiting twixmass. I’m ready for a massive detox. If I see another mince pie it will be too soon… don’t mistake me - I’m still gonna eat that sucker!

Oof… I am running on carbs and crap TV at this stage of the proceedings.

Anyone else up for the full fast/juice/veganuary/booze free/yoga with Adrienne reboot next week?

Fuck me - I need a month at juicy oasis.

Heading back tomorrow… if you see me with rope tied around my middle, just look away my friend look away.
