✨🩵The Blue Moon in August 2023 will be a calendrical Blue Moon (i.e., the second full Moon in a calendar month) which happens every 2 & half to 3 years. This Blue Moon is also special because it’s the nearest supermoon of 2023. Meaning that it’s the biggest and brightest full Moon of the year!

Is Wild Lettuce 🥬 growing in your backward ?

Super tasty & super nutritious...way more than lettuce from the store!!

The second slide, wild lettuce is growing between "Spurge (Euphorbia). That should NOT be eaten considering it is slightly toxic. It is better to use externally for warts. Traditionally, it has been used to treat skin cancer in other developing countries, and is even known as cancerweed in some areas" (MEDICINE IS LITERALLY IN YOUR BACK YARD) Haven't you seen those rich exquisite dandelions? 🌼🌿
The roots, leaves, flowers and stems that hold the seeds (pixy flower) are all used for different health reasons!!

Thank you @wildherbacademy
for supporting my journey in understanding wild herbs & how to use them for enriching my health & my family's 🙏🏽❤️🌿

It's been quite the journey getting comfortable without my right breast & accepting my new body.
At 1st i wanted to hide that i was missing a booob by stuffing the right side of my bra to go out into the world...but who was i kidding? This is me, and all those that love me accept me with boob or without... so why not love & accept myself too 🌼🌿

It's only the mind that creates & we can mindfully chose to make a shift in how we see 👀

Foraging is a great way to stay connected & nourished 🌿
Just make sure you're sourcing from areas that have not been sprayed with chemicals 🥺🌿

May we have the heart ❤️courage to emancipate our minds & be free from the limitations we cast onto yourselves! ❤️🙏🏽🪷🌿
May our healing heal others & our home 🌼🌎🌿 by @luna__mamma

🖌️🎨🎶🥣 I'm collaborating with my beautiful friend Shital ( @deliwala.shital ) trained in Art therapy.
She specializes in art meditation & calls her practice "Eunoia". She's visiting from India only for a short time & together we are joining forces to offer you a delightful experience of Eunoia (meaning beautiful thinking & well balanced mind).

Through the wonderful modalities of art therapy, movement therapy & sound healing...that have shown to have great healing potential...will guide you gently into inner peace & balance. 🙏🏼❤️

As we get more in touch to our true nature (that is inner peace & balance), the easier we build on those neural pathways to access & RESPOND with good will & kindness in this beautiful & mysterious life we are in relation with.

May we learn steady the mind & come home to our body & heart, while letting spirit express itself creatively 🖌️🎨🎶🥣🙏🏼❤️
