Energiearbeit ❤️

Ganz liebe Grüße Lunara ☆ by @lunara.dancing

A Love Letter to Dance

Where can I begin when I speak about dancing?

Dancing—what a beautiful and deep connection I have with it. An art for expression, transformation, and feeling emotions, and for showing your authentic, true self.

I cannot explain in words how much I love dancing and how much it means to me to express this love through movement and my body.

It is an endless love. My passion, my deep sense of life, and one reason to get up every morning.

It doesn’t matter what kind of dance it is; what matters is what it lets me feel in the moment.

I want to spread this deep love for dancing to the world and show its value, so that more people can bring dancing into their own lives.

Dancing is medicine, life-force energy, and freedom. Freedom for your soul to express everything that is inside. Medicine for everything within us that may feel heavy and dark.

When I dance, I feel alive. Alive in my body and my soul, and filled with so much gratitude to be alive.

The depth of dancing is so magical. Dancing itself has a soul for me.

It is so magical when my body dances without me thinking about anything. Then a space opens—a portal for creativity and ideas.

Dancing like a meditation and entering a trance is so heart-touching and deep. When there is nothing else, just my body, the dance, and me.

Feeling the connection to my body and completely letting go of the mind is pure freedom and peace.

Dancing as a practice to deepen the connection with your own body is so sacred.

Everyone can dance, we have just forgotten it.

It is not about technique, it is about feeling. Feeling your body, your emotions, your soul. And expressing everything, shamelessly and freely.

Thank you, Dance, what you teached me already about myself. Thank you for gifted me so precious moments with other people and with myself. Thank you for connecting people from all over the world. I am looking forward to all moments to experience in the future.

May all people in the world dance more, so that the world can be a more peaceful and happy place.

In love and gratitude ♡ by @lunara.dancing

Welcome everyone to my Ecstatic Rave account.

I want to see change in the techno scene—more awareness, more mindfulness, and a greater sense of togetherness. What do you think?
Let’s shift the focus back to the act of dancing itself, rather than the "normality" of drug use while partying.
Ecstatic Rave—a space where the rave scene and the conscious community meet, opening up new possibilities and experiences.
Connecting raving with healing.
Let’s start a new era of raving together.
Dancing to techno while being sober can be a wonderfully ecstatic experience; feeling the love for dance and the energy of the community can be so empowering that stimulants become completely unnecessary. The energy strengthens us, the music enlivens us, and the experiences touch us deeply.
Ecstasy born from love for dance and music.
Ecstasy born from the sense of community.
A holistic experience that stays with you. ♡

I am already the founder of sober raves in Kassel and during the events i deeply felt why i am doing it: For our society, for everyone who wants to live healthy, for a better world, for our planet. It is a deep inner calling from my soul to create events like this.

It should be possible to live in a society where it is not usual that almost everyone drinks alcohol and consumes drugs. I want to experience something else and i know many people wish that too.
Let's create magic together. ☆

I am looking forward to my first event and all of you dancing together.

What do you want to experience at ecstatic raves?

Warmly, Lunara 😀 by @lunara.dancing

@soberravekassel
