✨Community is built when we show up for one another.✨

A heartfelt THANK YOU🌸 to Adaire’s Sweet Treats for becoming a Seed Sponsor of Retreat to Me Retreats, hosted by Luna Sky Wellness & Consulting!

Retreat to Me is about creating space for women to rest, reconnect, experience sisterhood, and remember that they deserve to be poured into, too.

As we prepare for December 5, we’re inviting local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community partners to join us in making this vision a reality.

Whether it’s sponsoring a woman’s ticket, contributing financially, donating products, or sharing your gifts, there is room for you.

This is bigger than a retreat. It’s about community, togetherness, and creating spaces where women feel supported, seen, and celebrated.

Let’s be the village we keep talking about. Will you be part of it? 🌿

Stop waiting for courage before you do the hard thing. Courage doesn’t always come before the leap. Sometimes, it’s waiting on the other side of it.

You make the decision. You take the risk. You show up afraid and do it anyway.

And one day, you look back and realize that the courage you were searching for was being built in every step you took.

As a woman who continues to evolve, build, and step into the unknown, let me remind you: You don’t have to feel brave to begin. You just have to begin. 🩷✨

Another Book Club Meetup for the BOOKS! 😆✨🙌🏾📚

Let’s be honest, we come for the books, but we stay for the laughter, community, good food, and genuine connections! ❤️

I look forward to gathering with my ladies every month. There’s something special about having a space where women can show up as their FULL selves, build meaningful friendships, and simply enjoy one another.

If you’ve been looking for your kind of community, come join us! 🥰☕️

A special shoutout to Dr. Stephane Louis for capturing the beauty of our last retreat in this incredible video! 🤎✨

I am so excited and grateful to have the privilege of creating this space again on December 5th, where women can step away from the demands of everyday life and give themselves permission to be restored.

All year long, we show up for our children, our families, our partners, our careers, and everyone who needs us. We pour, we nurture, we carry, and we keep going. But how often do we create space for ourselves to simply be?

This retreat is about coming home to yourself. 🌿

It’s about being surrounded by incredible women who understand what it feels like to carry so much, while quietly longing for a moment to breathe, reconnect, laugh, reflect, and just be held in community.

If you have spent this year pouring into everyone else, consider this your invitation to pour back into YOU.

Join me on December 5th for a beautiful day of restoration, connection, and coming back to the woman beneath all the responsibilities.

You deserve to experience the same care, love, and intention that you so freely give to everyone else. ❤️

Come home to yourself. You’ve been giving so much of yourself to everyone else. 🌿

Emotional awareness does not automatically equal change.

You can understand your triggers, recognize your childhood wounds, and identify the patterns affecting your relationships and STILL struggle to do something different.

Why? Because understanding your patterns and interrupting them are two different things.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I want people to understand that healing requires more than insight. It requires consistency, accountability, and the willingness to respond differently when your old patterns show up.

Your past may explain your behavior, but it doesn’t have to dictate your future.

In relationships, apologies matter, but rebuilding trust requires consistent action.

Awareness gives you understanding. Consistent action creates the opportunity for change.

So ask yourself: Are you simply becoming more self-aware, or are you actually practicing something different?

That’s where the real work begins. ❤️

Sometimes, your freedom will irritate people who are still waiting for permission to live theirs.

When people see you showing up, trying new things, expressing yourself, creating experiences, building community, dancing, exploring, and doing the things that bring YOU joy, it can stir something inside them.

Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your courage might be reminding them of all the things they’ve been afraid to do themselves.

And listen, you don’t have to be the best at everything you try. You don’t have to be the most talented person in the room. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.

You are allowed to be a beginner. You are allowed to be seen. You are allowed to take up space while you’re still figuring it out.

As a therapist, one of the things I know about growth is that awareness alone doesn’t change your life. At some point, you have to be willing to DO something differently.

And sometimes, that starts with giving yourself permission to live.

So go to the event. Start the podcast. Host the retreat. Join the dance class. Build the community. Pursue the dream. Take yourself on the adventure.

Do it scared. Do it imperfectly. Do it without knowing who will clap for you.

Because your life was never meant to be lived according to someone else’s comfort level.

I’m learning that coming home to yourself means no longer abandoning the things that make you feel alive just to make other people comfortable.

Let them have their opinions. You have a life to live. ❤️

Celebrating a friend’s 40th birthday, surrounded by the beauty of the ocean, was a beautiful reminder that life is meant to be lived, not just worked through. 🌊💙

As a therapist, I spend so much time holding space for others that I have to be intentional about creating space for myself. My favorite way to come home to myself is through nature, whether it’s the park, the beach, or simply being near the ocean.

I cannot pour from an empty cup. The same way I encourage my clients to find wholeness within themselves, I have to nurture that wholeness within me.

Rest, joy, friendship, and celebrating life are not extras. They are part of the work, too. Sometimes, healing looks like putting the work down and letting yourself LIVE. 🌴✨

You know where to find me on December 5th from 11 AM to 7 PM. 🤎

I’ll be at Paradise Park, getting some much-needed time in nature, spending the day in community with women just like me, and giving myself permission to pause, breathe, reflect, and refill my cup before I wrap up 2026.

But the real question is… where will you be?

Come find yourself.
Come slow down.
Come reconnect.
Come home to yourself.

This day was created for the woman who spends so much time caring for everyone else and needs a little time to be cared for, too.

And trust me… you deserve this day. ✨

One little reminder: the early bird price ends November 1st. So, if you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your sign to go ahead and reserve your spot. 🤎

I’d love to see you there.

It has been five years since I hosted my last retreat.

And when I tell you… it was such an incredible day that when it was time for the ladies to leave, nobody wanted to vacate the premises! 😂

They talked about the experience for days afterward. They told me how seen, poured into, connected, and transformed they felt.

So, five years later, I’m doing it again.

This time, I’m curating an incredible day for a few special women who are ready to come home to themselves.

This is for the woman who takes care of everybody else and somehow keeps leaving herself undone.

The woman who is always giving, planning, nurturing, showing up, holding it all together…

This day is for you.

A day to slow down.

To exhale.

To love on yourself.

To be cared for.

To reconnect with the woman underneath all the responsibilities.

And to experience the beauty of being surrounded by like-minded women who understand that sometimes, we don’t need another thing to do.

We need a moment to simply BE.

I cannot wait to curate this experience for you. 🤎✨

Five years later… we’re coming home to ourselves.
