Hey guys it’s POTS national awareness month. The invisible illness that is overlooked so often that even I haven’t been able to be completely assessed because I’m a “hormonal teenage girl”. It impacts so many people in many different ways, AFIB, fainting spells, tachycardia, low blood pressure, and constant exhaustion are just some of the things that I myself deal with. I know I don’t always show the bad or even really talk about that much but that doesn’t mean it’s not there. My journey with POTS has been long and confusing but easier than it would’ve been if I didn’t have amazing people helping me along the way. I love all of you who constantly are there for me -sincerely, a POTS girly🩵 #potsawareness by @luvs.sadie
