It is estimated that one in eight women will develop breast cancer throughout their lives.

Although the mortality rate has decreased in recent decades, it remains one of the leading causes of cancer death among women.

Today I want to take advantage of the fact that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month to raise awareness about the importance of preventing breast cancer and remember all the women who died, support those who are currently fighting the disease and celebrate all the survivors. All my respect for their bravery and courage.

Day 8 #savasana
#AloMindfulRecharge

Today is the last day of this beautiful challenge that helped us to become aware of our mental health that is as necessary as physical health.

We finish with savasana that helps us relieve stress and tension in the body and calms the mind, in this pose of silence and stillness, we also increase mindfulness and awareness of the present moment and prepare for meditation. ❤️

In honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10, this challenge is all about using movement, breath, and presence to reconnect with yourself in a softer, more intentional way. Join us for 8 days of yoga, reflection, and mental health affirmations as we create space to reset, release, and recharge together.

Pose Line-Up
Day 1: Heart Opening Pose My heart is open to receive peace, love, and support.
Day 2: Child’s Pose I give myself permission to rest without guilt.

One of the most important things for emotional health is rest, lack of sleep not only tires, it also affects mood, concentration, and stress management. So rest, relax and take the time you need for yourself and your well-being. ❤️

Day 6 #ardhamatsyendrasana #seatedtwist
#AloMindfulRecharge

Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day, a date to raise awareness about emotional problems and promote support for people who need it.
Listen without judging, recognize our emotions.
Allow yourself to rest, express what you feel, ask for help when you need it and get away from what robs you of peace are important steps to take care of mental health.

🎗️Did you know that twists help release fears, anger and other negative emotions?
