Ethan Cruz sits down to talk about the highs, the lessons, and what’s next. 🎥

One thing’s clear — he’s nowhere near done. Bigger totals, bigger goals, and a lot more coming.

Catch him at IPF Bench Worlds in Poland. 🇵🇱

The sky’s the limit. 🚀 by @lvasp_

Big month for our members.

Ash Au Hoy and Ethan Cruz are officially National Champions 🥇

Jackson Lee and AP also stepped on the platform and represented, adding more experience and keeping the momentum rolling.

April was a mix of big wins and building blocks — exactly what you want this time of year.

Proud of everyone who showed up and put it on the line.

Always a privilege to be able to step on the platform and do what I love. This sport has given me more than I could’ve imagined and taken me places I never thought possible.

Thank you God for the opportunities and for keeping me healthy during this prep.

Thank you to my coach @the_weakling_pl , my gym @lvasp_ and my team @unlvpowerlifting - none of this happens without you guys. Proud of what we’re building and excited for what’s ahead.

I am truly blessed and grateful for everyone who’s supported me along the way. I will see y’all in Poland next month. 🙏🏻🌏 by @lvasp_
