🫶🏽HAPPY MONDAY🫶🏽

It’s insane how quickly moments pass and become memories 😅

Here are 3 reasons why moments in life are key for our wellbeing ⤵️

✨Enriching Memories - Moments shape our personal narratives and contribute to our sense of identity. They provide us with memories that we can reflect upon for comfort, inspiration, and nostalgia.

✨Learning and Growth - Moments, whether positive or negative, offer valuable lessons that help us learn and grow. They provide opportunities for self-reflection, resilience-building, and personal development.

✨Connection and Relationships - Shared moments with loved ones create bonds and strengthen relationships. Whether it’s celebrating achievements, overcoming challenges together, or simply enjoying each other’s company, moments play a crucial role in fostering connection and intimacy with others.

This has to be said 👇

Travelling is also putting on a backpack and escaping the house 😅Find a local landmark . Go Explore!

How many of you worry about what you have planned for kids during school breaks? Then have a wash of ‘mum guilt’. Let’s face it, life can be fast and furious. These breaks often show up before we are ready. Who can relate? 🤣

I’ve definitely been there. Especially as a mum to a child with complex health needs. I always worry about his little brother and ensuring he gets enough love and quality time too. For example last week I was in hospital with big bro for the whole of the half term.

So on the final day of half term we jumped on a bus to St Pancras International ! My favourite station in London.

While we were there:

✨We visited the British Libray - Hung out with books 📚
✨Went to the wonderful station and immersed
ourselves in the hustle and bustle of travellers going on the Eurostar
✨People watched while drinking tea with a slice of lemon cake
✨Played in the water gardens near the Google HQ

We had a great bonding time, spent £7:30 ( for hot chocolate and lemon cake slice), made sure he burned a lot of energy. 4 yr olds are non stop.

Here are 5 Reasons I am building a business in travel 👇🏽

1. I don’t want to rely on on 1 source of income.
(Having only one source of income can leave you vulnerable to financial insecurity)

2. I decided to stop being a CONSUMER and start being a CREATOR❤️
(Either you sell, or you are being sold to)

3. wanted something I could do using my smart phone, around my day job.
( Whether I have only have a few minutes or a couple of hours I have an opportunity to build)

4. I want to give my children the best experiences in life ( and not spend my time with them stressing over finances )

5. I want time and financial freedom.
(for the flexibility to pursue my passions, spend time with family and contribute to causes I care about)

If you haven’t already, follow me to see how this journey goes! DM me the work TEAM, if you would like to find out more! Bye for now 🥰🫶🏽

In the rush of our daily lives, it’s easy to overlook the beauty of simply noticing.

The art of noticing is a practice that invites us to be fully present, to immerse ourselves in the richness of each moment, and to process our experiences with intention.

When we slow down and pay attention, we open ourselves to a world of wonders that often pass us by unnoticed. From the delicate hues of a sunrise to the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind, there is beauty to be found in every corner of our existence. By embracing the art of noticing, we cultivate a deeper appreciation for the world around us.

Noticing isn’t just about observing; it’s about engaging with our experiences on a deeper level. It’s about allowing ourselves to feel fully, to acknowledge both the joys and the sorrows that come our way. When we notice, we give ourselves permission to be vulnerable, to embrace the full spectrum of human emotion, and to grow from our experiences.

Moreover, the art of noticing is essential for our mental and emotional well-being. In a world filled with distractions and demands, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves and from the world around us. By practicing mindfulness and cultivating awareness, we can recenter ourselves, find clarity amidst the chaos, and navigate life with greater ease and grace.

So, let us commit to the art of noticing—to being present, to noticing what we experience, and to processing things with intention. In doing so, we open ourselves to a world of possibility, of beauty, and of profound connection. Let us embrace the art of noticing, and let it enrich every aspect of our lives. 🌟

Have you travelled for your health?

Over the past 12 years I have organised travel for my son’s health. As many of you may know my eldest child was diagnosed with Sickle Cell when he was a baby. It changed our worlds but it meant we have never stopped searching for optimum health 🤍❤️‍🩹

Medical Travel is in demand. Here are some different examples of health travel ⬇️

1️⃣ Wellness Retreats 🌿: People want to Rejuvenate their mind and body at exotic destinations, blending relaxation and holistic health practices. From yoga in Bali to spa treatments in the Swiss Alps, find your Zen!
2️⃣ Cosmetic Surgery Tourism 💉: Discovering the world while enhancing beauty is a thing! People are getting that glow-up in renowned clinics, merging aesthetic procedures with stunning locales. Barcelona or Seoul.
3️⃣ Dental Tourism 😁: Smile brighter! People are combining dental treatments with a vacation.
4️⃣ Medical Procedures Abroad 🏥: People are looking for healthcare globally. Some of the medical breakthroughs we have seen in this decade take place in other destinations. Patients and families are looking for world-class facilities, some even making it a family affair. Medical excellence in a new city!

This is a unique type of travel that transforms lives. Could this be your niche?

Do you know how powerful our minds are?

I have travelled to destinations in my mind before arriving there physically! Crazy but it works for me during difficult times. Last year I was mentally living in Dubai 🤣

Daydreaming is a great way to explore options, escape the routines of daily life, and find outlets for emotion.

Have an amazing day ahead 🤍✈️💭
