20 years ago we made this album called “companion” and we pushed and clawed and did all the things we thought a rock band should. We were so very proud of this musical creation, but alas, time consumes all things and this beautiful work faded into obscurity. During the darkest age we have known, the world went quiet for a brief moment and reminded us that it once existed. Because of its age, technology had come so far since its creation that it has never streamed in the ether with modern music. We are so very pleased that we have been able to take our sweet musical child out of its dusty old box and release it once more into the great unknown. The first single “Companion” will be released next Thursday July 23rd on all platforms. More to follow. A very special thanks to @dashrevery for creating brand new visuals for this era. Lye EP almost there. This song is called “Up So Fucked” It’s very strange connecting with your old self. We are very similar people. I’m still angry about the same things in the world, I’m still tired of the grind that humanity faces. Also still passionate about creating music and art even if no one really gives a shit about it. There’s just a hole inside that needs to be filled…. I mean seriously though. I love music and life and this beautiful planet, but the hatred I have for any kind of authoritative organization and corporate corruption will never go away so it feels nice to reconnect with that part of myself.
