Mobility Monday’s are becoming my new favorite workout of the week.

Lately, I prefer to ease my way into my heavy lifting during the week. Since I take Sundays off, I usually have trouble getting back into the rhythm of intense workouts mentally & physically.

I like this mobility program A LOT because it’s a happy medium between my rest days & my INTENSE workouts Tuesday - Friday.
