We sat down with chef and TV personality Sunny Anderson (@sunnyanderson) and host and producer Ross Mathews (@helloross) for lunch at Ly Ly Vietnamese Cookhouse (@lylynyc) in NYC to chat their favorite NYC restaurants (shoutout to Hillstone - @hillstonerestaurants, Lalyn - @lalyn.nyc, and George’s diner!), how a date turned Sunny into a seafood lover, and more. Have you watched them on “the Drew Barrymore Show” (@thedrewbarrymoreshow)?

Bò Lúc Lắc | Shaking Beef

Tender cuts of beef are quickly seared over high heat, then tossed with fresh vegetables and a savory house seasoning. The result is beautifully caramelized beef with a rich, satisfying depth of flavor.

Simple ingredients, bold Vietnamese flavors. 🇻🇳

Saigon Hawker Rice 🍚🇻🇳
our take on Cơm Tấm, Saigon’s iconic broken rice dish. Char-grilled pork chop over tender broken rice, finished with classic toppings, fresh pickles, scallion oil, and sweet-savory nước chấm. A true taste of Southern Vietnam.
