People have been asking me for years to bring this work online. I’ve worked one-to-one online and with different companies, but this is my first release of The Lymphatic Practice in this format, directly with you. I love collaborating and the community that comes from practising together. There’s also something valuable about doing this work alone—quietly, privately, with your own attention. That’s what I want to share here. The Lymphatic Practice is coming into your own space: a 60-minute prerecorded session to follow with me, at a time that suits you. A chance to notice, become familiar with your body and explore the sequence I teach through your own hands. You learn through doing—and sometimes approaching familiar work differently gives you something new to discover. If you’ve joined a workshop, this is a way to return to the practice and explore it privately, without the pace of a group around you. If you’ve wanted to join but haven’t made it to a session—or felt curious but unsure where to begin—this is another way to work with me. I’m starting here, with the intention of building something we can return to. I’d love you to be part of the beginning. THE LYMPHATIC PRACTICE — ONLINE 60 minutes · Prerecorded · £35 Watch and revisit from Thursday 12 November at 4 pm until Sunday 15 November at 10 pm UK time. Bookings are open now and close Thursday 12 November at 4 pm UK time. Book through the link in my bio. After payment, follow the email instructions in the booking description so I can confirm where to send your private access. If someone comes to mind while you’re reading this, please send them this post. Guided by me. Practised by you. Carli LYMPHLOVER by @lymphlover
You don’t just come to these workshops to be shown a routine. You come to learn what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how to use your own hands. There’s room to ask questions, explore what you feel and practise with guidance. The aim is to understand the work—not just follow along. The Lymphatic Practice introduces the foundations of the body work: where to begin, how to use your hands and why we follow a particular order. Happy Face brings the body and face together. We begin with the foundational body practice before moving into the lymphatic self-facial. And then there’s DEPUFF. I put the D in drainage. Shorts on, hands on, full-body self-drainage in a warm, infrared-heated studio. Then feet up and shake it out. Coming soon. Different sessions, with something in common: you’re learning work you can continue at home, with your own hands. I host workshops in different spaces and bring them into studios, events and communities. If you’d like to host one, message me and tell me about your space and the people you bring together. To join a workshop, message me for upcoming dates and booking details. Carli LYMPHLOVER by @lymphlover
The next chapter. I’ve been thinking about what I want to build with LYMPHLOVER. I keep coming back to the teaching—the conversations, the questions, the moments when something begins to make sense through your own hands. We can spend a lot of time looking after our bodies without having much opportunity to understand them. I want to make room for that understanding, in a way that feels interesting, practical and worth taking an afternoon for. Time to yourself, with someone guiding the experience. Space to explore, ask questions and learn something you can return to at home. That’s the focus of this next chapter: lymphatic workshops, one-to-one guidance and private groups, where I teach you to work with your own body. NADA ear acupuncture continues alongside this work. I’ll be sharing upcoming experiences here. You can explore what’s available through the link in my bio. Carli LYMPHLOVER by @lymphlover
50 belly slaps a day! Something I often recommend in my workshops, inspired by the Chinese medicine practices woven into my work. Gentle belly tapping stimulates the skin and sensory nerves, encourages local surface circulation and brings awareness back to the abdomen. I love incorporating it after lymphatic work. Simple, quick and something you can do for yourself every day. Remember to use gentle, comfortable tapping rather than forceful slapping, particularly around the abdomen. I now have an online class available! Link in bio to join 🔗 by @lymphlover
HAPPY FACE ✨ Sat, Nov 21st • 3-5pm A lymphatic workshop by @lymphlover 📍 Waking Dreams Bethnal Green The body first. Then the face. Join Carli for 90 minutes of guided body-and-face self-lymphatic practice, followed by 30 minutes in the sauna. We’ll begin with the body before moving into a lymphatic self-facial. Through self-massage, palpation, gentle skin movements and breathwork, you’ll learn where to begin, what you’re feeling for and the touch, order and rhythm of the practice. This is time to get curious about your own body—to learn through your hands and leave with a practice you can return to at home. If you joined The Lymphatic Practice at Broadway Market, Happy Face builds on that foundation. Joining for the first time? You’re equally welcome—the foundations are included. 🎟️ £35 by @lymphlover
Two hours entirely for yourself. A practice to take home. We spend time looking after our bodies. There’s value in getting to know them, too. The Lymphatic Practice is my 2-hour group session and the place to start. Through guided self-massage and breathwork, you explore your lymphatic system with your own hands, learning where to begin, what you notice through touch and how to return to the practice yourself. I explain and demonstrate as you practise. Small group, personal guidance and room for your questions. You don’t need any experience. Just curiosity about your own body. Upcoming dates via the link in bio. Carli LYMPHLOVER by @lymphlover
DRAIN THE WEEK 🔗 in bio to book. Lymphatic Drainage + Sauna · by LYMPHLOVER &@andsoulsanctuary Friday afternoon. The week's been long. Drain it. Most of us end the week still holding on to it: tight neck, shoulders up by our ears, shallow breath, puffy, heavy, stuck. Nobody's checked your lymphatic system. Today, you do it yourself, with your own hands. THE WORK · 60 MINS Carli of LYMPHLOVER brings The LYMPHLOVER Assessment to the Sanctuary: a guided, full-body self-lymphatic drainage and acupressure session. You'll find your body's choke points, the spots where it holds on, and learn how to clear them. No experience needed. Most people feel the difference within minutes: lighter, looser, calmer. THE HEAT · 60 MINS Then the Sanctuary is yours. Sauna and cold plunge, straight after the work. Hands first. Then heat. Then cold. You leave with more than a good Friday. You leave with a tool you can use whenever the week builds up again, without waiting weeks for someone else to do it for you. The best hands for your body are your own. Come alone and put a full stop on the week. Or bring your work team and finish Friday together. COME READY () · A small bottle of oil or cream · A loose top with easy access to your collarbones. No tight bras or sports bras. · Loose trousers, nothing tight anywhere · Short nails. Long nails? Bring an acupressure pen. · Swimwear for the sauna by @lymphlover
A three-hour small-group workshop with psychotherapist Victoria Penfold and NADA practitioner Carli Wheatley. The session begins in conversation: a supported psychotherapeutic space with Victoria for reflection, worksheets and shared exploration. Time to give language to what you carry, notice patterns and consider your inner world. Then the room shifts into quiet. Carli introduces NADA, a form of ear acupuncture using five points in each ear. In this practice, the ears are understood as a map of the whole body: small points that can offer support far beyond where they sit. You remain comfortably clothed and seated throughout, receiving while staying entirely within your own space. Once the NADA is in place, there is time to sit in silence—to let the body settle, the breath slow and the nervous system find its own rhythm. Talking can bring insight, but it can also leave the body alert or exposed. NADA offers a different kind of support: quiet, non-verbal and self-contained. A way to receive care without giving anything else away. Two ways of listening, held within one afternoon: first through words and reflection, then through silence and the body. Come to be held in a small group. Come to spend three hours moving from insight into stillness. Maximum 8 participants. £85 per person. Saturday 14 November · 2–5pm No. 1 Bastwick Street, London EC1V 3NU by @lymphlover
What an incredible afternoon we had exploring “The Art of Lymphatic Ritual” with Carli @lymphlover! ✨ It was such a special energy in the studio, combining a powerful PBB class with hands-on lymphatic drainage with the help of IRÄYE Body Sculpting Cream. Seeing everyone connect deeply with their bodies was truly magic! Thank you to every single one of you who showed up, invested in yourselves, and made this workshop so unforgettable! Keep a close eye on our account for more upcoming events, workshops, and community rituals coming your way soon. by @lymphlover
THE LYMPHATIC PRACTICE This is where LYMPHLOVER workshops began. I wanted to create a space where people could understand a little more about their bodies, try the work with someone guiding them, and ask questions as they came up. Because you can be curious about your health and still have no idea where to begin. Link in bio for upcoming dates, booking and session details. by @lymphlover

I wanted to create a space where people could understand a little more about their bodies, try the work with someone guiding them, and ask questions as they came up. Because you can be curious about your health and still have no idea where to begin. You can spend years looking after everyone else and realise you’d like some time and attention for yourself, too. That’s what I love about this workshop. The conversation, the moments when something makes sense, and the quieter parts when everyone settles into doing the work. There’s plenty to learn, but you’re also allowed to come because you’d enjoy a couple of hours like this. I’d love to have you join me.
