Welcome 🤍 If you’re new here, I’m Lyndsey. I’m a mama, wife, kind of a runner, and I’m building online globally with @riman.europe.official as a founding brand rep in the UK 🇬🇧. I fail often, laugh lots and love nothing more than genuine connection. This page is for women who know they’re meant for more than simply getting through the days, ticking the boxes and waiting for “one day” to arrive. You’ll find conversations around K-Beauty, fitness, family, business and creating a life you genuinely love. I’m here because at 43, I decided to stop settling for a life that no longer felt aligned and start building one that does. I’m not about hype, hustle and striving for more. I’m about genuinely working to build something real, where you still have time for family, friends and things you love. If you’re new here, say hi 👋 xx by @lyndseygymer
Sunday walk and thoughts 🍂 Bit of a rest and cozy day before next weeks training 🏃🏻‍♀️ Oh, and that’s 2 weeks of training runs I’ve done now. I have NEVER committed to two weeks of training before ……. Ever! I’m either learning or just accepting that maybe my body it too old to just wing it, so training is a must. Either way I’m here for it 🤎 #running #mumlife #walking #thoughts #mentalhealth by @lyndseygymer

Life lately: 🇬🇧 ldn 🤎 business 😍 family 🌷 friendships 🏃🏻‍♀️ running 🐶 pampered pooch ☕️ massively overpriced starbs 😂 Message behind this …. They might knock you down, but it’s up to you whether you stay there or not 😉 #koreanskincare #business #running #womenover40 #london by @lyndseygymer
Beautiful birthday run 🏃🏻‍♀️ Honestly thought I’d gone further than I did 😂 clearly not as fit as I think I am!! I live in the flattest county in the UK but still managed to find the hilliest route I could, so we’ll blame that! The most wholesome way to start Chapter 44. Outside. In nature. Moving. Listening to country music 🎶 🤠 🫣😂 One more little run then I’ve got my first ever 10km with my son at the weekend now he’s old enough to enter the adult races. Won’t be running with him though …. He’ll leave me for dust 🏃💨 😂 So happy I decided to lace up again and just try. #mumswhorun #mumofboys #womenover40 #running #lifestyle by @lyndseygymer
Chapter 44 🤎 More living, less overthinking. More doing, less doubting. My word of Chapter 44 is nothing more than ‘FUN’ Life is serious enough without adding to it, it’s time to step into adventures, doing things just because, saying yes to the scary things, and saying no to the things you really don’t want to do. You don’t need a birthday or a new year, you just need a decision 🌷✨🤎 But it IS my birthday, so I’m off for cake 🎂 xx by @lyndseygymer
Training plan with @runna doesn’t start until December but it’s scheduled 4 runs a week with a long run on Fridays (that suits my schedule rather than taking up family time on a weekend 🥰) My first “long run” on my plan is 20km. Runna can f**k right off if it thinks I can do 20k straight right now, so the plan is to build up my long run over the next few weeks so by the time the plan comes round I’m ready. Yes, I set myself the hardest plan because I’m not here to mess about. I want it to be fun, but also you best believe I’m not out there to just make up the numbers over the next couple of years 😉. Competitive little fucker me 😂 and I need to start embracing that. #womenover40 #runner #ultrarunner #mumofboys koreanskincare by @lyndseygymer
AI fully made this race calendar 😂 the image isn’t real, but the races are!! This is my actual race calendar for 2027. I’m putting it here for accountability because I miss the version of me who used to do stupid stuff like enter marathons and ultra marathons, not train for them and show up anyway …. And somehow finish. So on the week of my 44th birthday I thought why not get her back, but BETTER!! 🤎 What if I actually trained this time? What if I actually committed? What if I followed a plan? What if I showed up to do well, not just somehow not die 💀 😂 Running series incoming …… Maybe, just maybe it might inspire you to lace up too? Or it’ll fully put you off 🤦🏻‍♀️😂🏃🏻‍♀️ Either way, she’s starting running training, as winter draws in, with a plan to run 100 MILES in 11 months time. I’ve never done a 100 mile race before and right now I know I couldn’t finish it, but that’s half the fun of entering. Over the next 11 months I HAVE to become capable of doing it …… Inspired by my own children who keep pushing themselves and believing in themselves ❤️ Let’s go 🚀 🏃🏻‍♀️ #running #ultrarunning #womenover40 #kbeauty #mumofboys by @lyndseygymer
…… Am I the only woman left in the UK that ISN’T obsessed with ZARA????? 🤔🤔🫣🫣 Everywhere I look I see women making content in Zara changing rooms, or reels of a Zara try-on. Post what you want, I’m all for that 100%, but surely I can’t be the only one who thinks Zara is ok, but not all that?? Maybe it’s just me? I can honestly say I’ve NEVER owned anything from there ….. anyone else? 🤔 #midlife #koreanskincare #zara #style #womenover40 by @lyndseygymer
🩶 There’s a lesson in this for all of us. He was scared to start. It took him two trial sessions to even have a go. He started scared, nervous and unsure. He learned. He made mistakes. He grew. Not once did he worry about what other people thought, not once did he think about quitting when it got hard. He just had fun. Imagine what we can do if we lighten up a bit, be more “kid”, stop taking ourselves so seriously, stop getting in our own way, stop quitting when it gets hard or we have a bad day …… Like honestly, as women, we’d change the damn world 🌎 Huge thank you to @gbmaldon for creating a space where our kids can learn, grow and develop in such a welcoming and supportive environment ❤️ #grit #determination #bjj #womensupportingwomen #growth by @lyndseygymer
This one’s for me 😂🫣 It might be for you too. I’ve spent a couple of months quiet on here, comparing myself, scared to start, consuming rather than creating. I know we’ve all done it. You get an idea. You’re excited. You can see the possibilities. Then all of a sudden you end up in a comparison scroll hole 😂 This weekend taught me something though. This is normal. But FFS, if you want the thing, do the work, because the time is passing. Start the project, start the glow up, start the business, start to run, start to look after yourself, start the painting, start the book. Whatever it is that’s on your heart, just start. The you in 6 months time is waiting for you 🤍 by @lyndseygymer
