✨Helping midlife women reclaim self-trust and create clear direction after divorce.
✨Coaching for the after, when you’re ready to build again.

POSTS STORIES REELS

Five years ago, I was navigating life after a 23-year relationship ended.

I had been deeply involved in our businesses. I had supported. Built. Managed. Held things together.

And then suddenly… I was standing on my own.

Even with money in the bank, I felt untethered.
Unsure who I was outside of that chapter.
Unsure what came next.

Then, I did the work.
Therapy. Coaching. Honest reflection.
Learning how to sit with discomfort instead of numbing it.

Reclaiming self-trust didn’t happen overnight.
It happened through steady decisions.
Intentional rebuilding.
And choosing growth even when it was uncomfortable.

That work is what I guide women through now.

If you’re in midlife, post-divorce, and quietly wondering who you are becoming…

You’re not behind.

There is direction ahead.💕

When N. came to me, she felt completely lost after her divorce. After years of catering to everyone else’s needs, she had lost sight of who she was. After a few months of coaching, she started to make some fundamental changes in her life, and also started to feel more confident and hopeful.

The fear doesn’t always match the facts. That’s how I knew it was a mindset thing, not a math thing.

I’m still working on it. Some weeks it’s quiet and some weeks it’s loud. The difference now is that I know the 3am version isn’t the whole truth.

A financial planner can help with the numbers. I help with the fear that shows up around them.

I’ve been in every one of these stages. Dating too soon after my separation. A relationship that hit harder than my divorce. And this fall, realizing that what I was calling ready was mostly restless.

None of it was wasted. Each stage showed me something I needed to see.

If you’re somewhere in the middle of this, be gentle with yourself. Being okay on your own isn’t the consolation prize. It’s what makes the right person possible.

If “who am I?” feels impossible right now, try asking a smaller question today:

What do I want for dinner?
What felt like me this week?
What do I need right now?

Pick one and answer it honestly.

The hardest part was deciding to put myself first after my divorce.

I didn’t know how to ask what I wanted, and I definitely didn’t know the answer.

Learning to ask, and actually listen, felt uncomfortable at first. It still does sometimes. But it’s where I start now.

If you’re ready to start asking, my free 7-Day Challenge: Who Are You Now? is a gentle place to begin. The link is in my bio.

You can know it was right and still miss him.

I think a lot of women feel this coming out of a marriage, especially when the marriage had good parts, and feel like they’re not allowed to say so.

Missing someone isn’t a sign you should go back.

Sometimes it’s just grief for what was good, and the good parts were real.

You’re allowed to hold both without deciding which feeling wins.

A lot of you have told me you’re three months out, nine months out, and the grief still knocks you flat some days.

Then you see “it took years” and your heart sinks.

I’m not saying it to scare you. I’m saying it so you stop thinking you’re doing it wrong.

There’s no deadline you’re missing, and it isn’t a straight line.

Be as gentle with yourself as you’d be with a friend.

The hardest part is getting out the door. Some nights I’d rather stay put, and I have to talk myself into going.

Once I’m there, the music pulls me out of my own head for a while.

Sometimes I meet someone new to talk to, sometimes I just listen and head home.

Either way, the night ends differently than it would have on the couch.

If evenings are hard for you right now, you don’t have to fix all of them. Just change one.

I saw a couple of friends while I was there, but most days it was just me.

And that was the point.

After years of building my life around other people, I wanted to see what my days looked like when I was the only one deciding.

Every small thing I figured out on my own added up.

You don’t have to move across the ocean. But doing one thing completely on your own can change how you see yourself.

At year one, I thought I was supposed to know where I’d live, what I’d do for work, and who I even was. Every unanswered question felt like an emergency.

Therapy and coaching taught me those questions could wait. Not forever, but long enough to answer them on purpose instead of in a panic.

The answers came, just not on the timeline I’d set.

Yours will too.

For a long time I treated my life like it was on hold, as if I needed that final signature before I was allowed to start again. The signature didn’t come until last summer, five years after I left. But the questions were already there.

Who was I now? What did I want? What would my days even look like?

The paperwork was one timeline. My life was another. I learned I could work on both at the same time.

You don’t need a signed agreement to start becoming who you’re meant to be.
