A world championship is always special. This one too, both in a good and a bad way. Really proud of the results, 2 top 10 spots were more than I ever hoped for. Missing the road races because of the bad circumstances hurt, but after all happy I could finish with a good marathon.

Now time to take some rest and recharge next season🔜

What. A. Week.

My first senior European Championships came to an end. I arrived with little expectations. I just wanted to try to gain experience.

Eventually the results were way better than I could ever have imagined. When I thought the week couldn't get any better, I won my medal in the marathon together with @fran_vanhoutte 🥈🥹.

Had a great time with all of you🫶. Still really missed @jorun_geerts in the races. Thanks for the support all week but I prefer to have you by my side on track 🙏.

Definitely one to remember🤩 by @lyssavansteenkiste

Waving goodbye to my junior years with worlds in China!🇨🇳

Winning the bronze medal is really a dream that came true!🥹 Never enjoyed crashing that much🤪. It would have been impossible without the support of my team @jorun_geerts @stan.beelen.07 @coach.remi @anja_decoster, my family and friends! Thank you for believing in me when I didn't.🙏

Thanks to my trainers @pascalbriand1976 @rino_vh and to my sponsers @defraeye_bob_bvba, asbestwijzer and Verstraete for giving me all these amazing chances.

Also big thanks to @doubleff_inline. Happy to be part of the team. Ready for another season with all of you but now with the big girls🔜

Tears of happiness and dissapointment🥹

Ending up in 4th place at the 1000m at my first world championship was more than I even could dream of. So I'm for sure more than satisfied with this achievement!

Losing my medal with 0.021s was a bit dissapointing. But now it's time to focus on the road races!

The 2 past days have been a rollercoaster of emotions, especially with the crash of my teammate @louka_leemans and wishing her a fast recovery🤞

Big thanks to my teammates @fran_vanhoutte
@stienvanhoutte and @louka_leemans for all the support!! ❤️
