First day of School for Alana and Lula! 3rd grade and Kindergarten. ❤️✏️📘📚 by @lyssealist

Lula Mae is officially done with Pre-K and had her last week at Smucker CDC 🥹.
We are lucky to have had Lula grow up with an amazing group of friends and teachers that love her and treat her like family.
She shined bright in Room 7 and we can’t wait for her to do amazing things in Kindergarten ❤️✏️🎓 by @lyssealist

Well it’s over. Cafe Bustelo’s Game Face campaign was one for the record books. Spent the last 18 months taking a risk making a plan and sticking with it. It ended with our 30 second spot in the final. This one was fun for the whole family. #MyCompany @cafebustelo #gameface by @lyssealist

When you sign up your kid for activities it is usually is something that you have done yourself
Greek Dancing with @sthhd1985 is top on the list of activities for all my kids.
I started dancing when I was 5 and had to lie about my age to be able to participate in workshops
I got to perform all over the country, first time traveling out of the country and to Greece was with them, and made core memories and lifelong friends. Last time I performed was a Cavs game 2009 the first week I started dating Phil
I never would have imagined I would get to dance again. But it happened this weekend the same day as Alana 2nd year performing at the festival 22 years after my last performance at the festival.
Another core memory was made and we killed that performance. Words can’t describe seeing your Mom and your family watch you perform again. Topped off the next generation of dancers including Alana run onto the dance floor to join their parents in a dance. I’m blessed to be a part of the @sthhd1985 community and so is my family. Recital Weekend for Alana and Lula 👯‍♀️🩰🧑‍🩰
3 shows, 4 dances, and 8 hrs of dance.
They both were the youngest in some of their classes and didn’t miss a beat.
Alana got her 5 year award and Lula’s quack could be heard across state lines
Such an amazing year and so much fun.
