R&B YOGA + DANCE B-DAY CELEBRATION 🎉 Thank You to every supporter, participant, registrant, and attendee of The R&B Yoga Summer Series. Thank you to everyone who graciously left a testimonial and those who shared the event on social media. Shoutout to everyone who was exposed to the practice of yoga, and breathwork this summer. I’ve recognized this pattern where the ego dies, you execute the ideas in your head, you say YES, you show up in spite of uncertainty, fear or feeling under qualified and doors, contracts, opportunities, partnerships, new connections, joy, support, & fulfillment find you. Thank you to those who have been showing up for me, lighting the path and being a light in my life. To those building something from nothing, those figuring it out with limited resources & those rebranding in this new identity: KEEP SHOWING UP so your people, places, & money can find you! #community #identity #creative #theprocess #welldone by @m.amber_spivey
Child - if you only knew how ghetto Q1 Q2 & Q3 were? Grieving, Growing in the dark & Surrendering. Earning Certifications & Pivoting in business. Feeling lost & ambitious Realizing & recovering from High-functioning depression & Adhd A new year is approaching for Libras, cycles are ending, new timelines are in motion, upgrades are occurring, healing is present, favor is upon us, relationships that are energetically reciprocal, contracts & money are flowing and I’m excited to see what’s next! Thank you God for keeping us. #libraseason #libras #librawoman #fyp #blackgirlmagic by @m.amber_spivey
A little look inside our WOVEN Q4 Planning Meetup 💭✨ We gathered at American Grammar to move, reflect, connect, and make room for our biggest visions for the final quarter of the year. With an intentional movement flow led by Amber Spivey, we explored what it feels like to move energy through the body, give our emotions a physical expression, and expand our capacity to receive more. Then we put the dreams on paper. The big, bold, slightly scary ones. And we began mapping out what bringing them to life could actually look like. Because planning doesn’t always have to feel rigid. Sometimes it looks like movement, curiosity, honest conversation, and community. Want to experience the WOVEN process for yourself? The self guided WOVEN course is officially available. Move through it at your own pace and begin turning your ideas into aligned action. Link in bio 🧠💫 Thankful for my community, MAJORLY. by @m.amber_spivey
