me when the doc says i’m clear to train 🎉 by @m.corms
A few weeks ago at our meet vs. Michigan, I had an unlucky fall off the high bar which left me with a serious concussion and some bruised vertebrae (look at the video and you’ll see that is a lucky outcome) My fellow captain Ian, just 6 days later, had a freak accident rupturing a tendon in his finger on a mount he had been doing for years. If this season has taught me anything, it is to approach sport and life with the highest degree of gratitude possible. The opportunity to compete within this sport is a feeling like no other, and raising your hand to a panel of judges is simply invigorating. The misfortunes I have had this season have only motivated me to keep pushing my limits and grind through the hard times more than ever. As co-captains, Ian and I have instilled this mindset into our perpetually small competitive roster and our whole squad is ready to put it all out on the floor tonight at B1G champs. by @m.corms
