Wróćmy do tych emocjonujących dni w Krakowie!
Mistrzostwa Polski Barista, Coffee in Good Spirits oraz Cup Tasters na sezon 2026 przeszły do historii. To był również ostatni event stworzony przez obecną ekipę SCA.
Dziękujemy, że byliście z nami i wspólnie stworzyliśmy tę niepowtarzalną atmosferę!

I’d like to thank @88graines, @banexport and the Government of Cauca @gobcauca, as well as the city of Popayán and the municipality of Bolívar, for inviting me to Subasta por la Paz, the Auction for Peace. It was a true honor and a joy to be part of the sensory panel selecting the 30 best coffees from the Cauca region.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to win three beautiful lots of washed Geishas and Pink Bourbon, which I’ll soon share with our friends and customers in Poland. Thanks to your support and collaboration, we’re able to bring these remarkable coffees to our roastery and share their stories.

I also want to thank everyone for the warm hospitality and for letting me meet so many inspiring people, the farmers, our hosts, and everyone who made this event possible. I have great admiration for my Colombian friends, for their courage in standing up against violence and their dedication to building a better future through hard work, community, and exceptional coffee.

I truly hope this is just the beginning of a lasting friendship and partnership with the farmers of Cauca and with @banexport. by @scapoland

Exactly one year ago today, I had the honor (and honestly, the thrill!) of representing Poland for the very first time at the World Coffee Roasting Championship in Copenhagen. I didn’t expect that among some of the best roasters in the world, I’d walk away with second place and come home as the vice world champ.

That experience didn’t slow me down one bit-it only pushed me to keep learning and improving. I’m still roasting with the same passion and care, always trying to do justice to the hard work of the farmers growing these incredible coffees.
