Literally STILL processing this weekend… 🥹🤍💍

I came into this weekend a GIRLFRIEND and left a FIANCÉE engaged to the man of my dreams!!! 😭💍🤍

WOW. WOW. WOW. My heart is SO incredibly full. I am overwhelmed by the amount of love that was demonstrated this weekend. To know that our friends and family have been secretly planning, preparing, and praying over this moment for MONTHS completely UNBEKNOWNST to me is absolutely mind blowing 🥹. Every single person in that room has personally demonstrated the love of Christ to me in such a unique and meaningful way. To look around and see so many people who have loved me, poured into me, prayed for me, and walked alongside me through different seasons of life was truly an amazing gift.

And to my LOVE… 🥹❤️ I could talk FOREVER about the gift that you are to me. Your love has healed me, blessed me in ways I never could have imagined, and shown me so much of the goodness and faithfulness of God. Babe, I love you SO much.

I cannot wait to be your wife🤍💍♾️

📸: Shout out to @thejuanherrerajr for this amazing video 😭. Thank you for capturing our moment! by @m.freem

My best friend flew in and spent the entire day with me the day before I got engaged 🤍💍🥹. I had absolutely no idea 😭🤣. We literally went shopping for her “gala dress” together when whole time it was for the biggest surprise 🤣. Abby I love you more than words can express ❤️. I wouldn’t have had this day go any other way! 🥹🥹🥹 by @m.freem

Shout out to MY MAN, MY MAN! 😍❤️

Y’all LISTEN… there is absolutely no way I would’ve signed up for something like this if I didn’t have the full confidence of my partna beside me. 😍💪🏽😤

There were SO many moments throughout this training process where I got in my head. Moments when I felt discouraged, doubted myself, or got way too focused on the wrong goals and forgot to recognize how far I’d already come. 😮‍💨

And every single time he was there. ❤️ Patient with me. Encouraging me. Pushing me to give my best while also reminding me to stop being so hard on myself. There were so many moments when he had more confidence in me than I had in myself and somehow, he always made me believe I could keep going. ❤️

This entire experience was extremely vulnerable for me. I’ve never done anything like this before. It challenged me physically, but honestly, just as much mentally. And looking back, one of my favorite parts wasn’t even crossing the finish line but it was knowing we did this TOGETHER. I got to see in such a tangible way how you got my back 🥹 Not just during training or the race But in life. This right here a foreva thing! I love youuuuu ❤️😘♾️

P.S. - I recommend ANY dating couple to do a physical competitive challenge together like this! This was so beneficial to building that TEAM part of us in our relationship. I could yap for days about the levels of trust and friendship it produced! 10/10 recommend ⭐️ by @m.freem

AHHHHHHH! Me and my boo did one of the HARDEST things I’ve ever done - HYROX DC 🖤💪🏽✅. It’s been such an incredible training journey and gained SO much from this experience outside of just the physical discipline. It feels so good to be on the other side of this goal. HYROX DC IN THE BOOKS ☑️😤 by @m.freem
