HEELS & TRAINERSโ€ฆ THE ULTIMATE MASHUP! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ On Thursday 22nd of October, we brought something NEW to M3 Stilettosโ€ฆ our FIRST EVER MASHUP WEEK! โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ Same choreography. Two different vibes. ONE FABULOUS CLASS! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ For this special week, our ladies got to choose whether to bring the SASS in heels or the ATTITUDE in trainers! And let me tell youโ€ฆ the room was SPLIT! ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ‘  50% HEELS GIRLIES ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ 50% TRAINER GIRLIES Different footwear, different energy, but EVERYONE absolutely smashed it! Of course, M3 Stilettos is and always will be a HEELS class, but we thought weโ€™d throw a little twist into the mix as I know my commercial baddies want to attend class! And judging by how much everyone LOVED it, our Mashup Weeks might just have to make a special appearance every now and again! ๐Ÿ‘€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ HEELS OR TRAINERSโ€ฆ EITHER WAY, THE ATTITUDE WAS ATTITUDING! ๐Ÿ”ฅ by @m3_stilettos

Sexy isnโ€™t what you wear. It isnโ€™t having your hair done, your makeup on or looking a certain way. Sexy is an ENERGY!๐Ÿ”ฅ Itโ€™s confidence. Itโ€™s freedom. Itโ€™s being completely in your body, owning who you are and not caring whoโ€™s watching!! Teaching Tek Buddy again during our Throwback Series had me allllll up in my feels. I felt confident, feminine, powerful and just so bloody GOOD. And that energy right there is exactly what I want every woman who walks into M3 Stilettos to find within herself!!๐Ÿ‘  by @m3_stilettos
