New York’s cult-favorite chicken has officially arrived in West Palm Beach.

📍 Fuku
West Palm Beach

What started as an off-menu sandwich inside David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar quickly developed a loyal following. Before long, it had grown into its own restaurant—one built around doing a handful of things exceptionally well.

Now, @fuku has opened its newest location at CityPlace, bringing its signature fried chicken sandwiches and chicken smashburger from Manhattan’s East Village to Palm Beach.

No elaborate menu.
No unnecessary extras.
Just crispy chicken, bold flavors and food that’s meant to be eaten with both hands.
If it’s your first visit, order the OG Sando and don’t overlook the Chicken Smashburger—it was one of the biggest surprises of the meal.

A fun addition to West Palm Beach’s growing food scene.

The BEST crafted, highest quality Sandwiches in Boca Raton.

📍Beauregards Fine Meats & Butchery beauregardsfinemeats

True luxury these days, especially if you cherish your health, is farm to table and knowing the source of your ingredients from the produce to meat.

That’s why being able to choose at Beauregards, whether that’s a small florida farm you recognize by name or a special cut, is a true luxury. Everything is butchered in-house before your own eyes if you happen to stop by for a sandwich.

Which brings me to my main reason for the post and most of my visits… their in-house TOP quality sandwiches. From the meats to the locally sourced bread, not one ingredient isn’t well
thought out, fresh and local.

The crowd favorite, i’d say, is their Pastrami Reuben! My top three, however, are the Chopped Cheese, The French Dip and my personal favorite The Turkey Sandwich! The menu changes from time to time for the sandwiches but these usually are the staples. Don’t forget to get extra turkey for the gains as you can tell by my sandwich 💪

•THE BOCA RATON EDIT | VOL. 002•

Some restaurants are worth visiting once.
Others quietly become part of your rotation.
For me, that’s DVASH.

From impossibly smooth hummus and one of Boca’s most underrated entrées to a burger that genuinely ranks as my favorite in Boca Raton (yes... from a Mediterranean restaurant), every dish feels thoughtful without trying too hard.

A few recommendations if it’s your first visit:
• The Roasted Tomato Hummus — always available and the one I order every time.
• If the Shawarma Hummus is running as a special, don’t think twice.
• The Chef’s Burger — Short rib & brisket blend burger, caramelized onions, brie cheese, garlic Dvash, packed with flavor, and easily one of the best in South Florida. Savory AND slightly sweet from the garlic DVASH
• The Chicken Jerusalem — comforting, flavorful, and perfect if you’re craving something hearty.
• Finish with dessert. The Bread Pudding changes regularly, while the Nutella Halva Flakey Crepe is a signature that’s always worth ordering.
One of the things I appreciate most about DVASH is that it doesn’t chase trends—it simply executes exceptionally well.

Already looking forward to my next visit.

Welcome back to The Palm Beach Edit — a series highlighting the restaurants, experiences, and destinations that define life in Palm Beach.

THE PALM BEACH EDIT — VOL. 003
Next stop:📍Henry’s.

Located at The Breakers, Henry’s has become a Palm Beach staple since its opening. Equal parts neighborhood favorite and luxury dining destination, it delivers the timeless hospitality and attention to detail that have made The Breakers an institution for generations.

Start with the Tuna Cones. Unexpected twist to a tuna tartare.

Order the Crispy Brussels Sprouts for the table.

Don’t skip the burger—an unexpected top-three burger for me in Palm Beach and the surrounding area.

Elevated comfort defines this establishment, and few dishes showcase that like their Chicken Pot Pie. And if you’re looking for the signature dish, the Beef Wellington with Foie Gras is the one everyone remembers.

Of course, always save room for dessert. Their Mississippi mud pie is every type of dessert I love in ONE. Layers on layers of decadence.

More than a restaurant, Henry’s represents what makes Palm Beach so unique: great food, great company, and a lifestyle that keeps people coming back year after year.

Its an honor to help clients find their place in the Palm Beach Lifestyle.
It’s an even bigger honor to guide so many people in making Palm Beach and Boca Raton their home.

THE PALM BEACH EDIT — VOL. 002

📍HARRY’S

Palm Beach has no shortage of great restaurants.

What separates the memorable ones isn’t just the food.

It’s the atmosphere.
The service.
The feeling that every detail has been considered.

Harry’s delivers on all three.

Located in West Palm Beach, Harry’s has quickly become one of the area’s most talked-about dining destinations, blending timeless hospitality with classic American cuisine in a space that feels both elegant and inviting.

The evening began with a perfectly executed cocktail, followed by a tableside Caesar and steak tartare that reminded me why some classics never go out of style.

The surprise of the night was the lamb curry—rich, comforting, and layered with flavor.

But the star of the show is undoubtedly the Beef Wellington. My absolute favorite dish in WPB. Celebrated my 30th birthday here for a reason.

Perfectly cooked beef wrapped in golden pastry and finished with a rich sauce that makes it easy to understand why it’s become the restaurant’s signature dish.

And yes, save room for dessert.

From start to finish, every course felt thoughtful, refined, and intentional.

THE BOCA RATON EDIT — VOL. 001
NEW YORK PRIME

People often ask where to go for a truly great steak dinner in Boca Raton.
The answer has been the same for years.

📍New York Prime.

An institution known for USDA Prime steaks, exceptional service, and the kind of old-school steakhouse atmosphere that’s becoming increasingly rare.

The star of the evening was the center-cut filet, prepared Pittsburgh Style—a steakhouse technique that sears the exterior at extremely high heat to create a deeply caramelized crust while preserving a warm, tender center.

From the beef carpaccio and perfectly cooked filet to the creamed spinach, cheesy mashed potatoes, and parmesan fettuccine, every course delivered.

And yes—the Butter Cake is worth saving room for. It’s their most infamous dessert for a reason.

THE PALM BEACH EDIT — VOL. 001
BUCCAN

People often ask me what makes Palm Beach so special.
Sometimes the answer isn’t a property.
It’s a dinner reservation.
It’s knowing where the locals go.
It’s the restaurants, experiences, and places that define the lifestyle.

Welcome to a new series i’m starting highlighting the restaurants, experiences, and lifestyle that make Palm Beach one of the most desirable places to live. Not another food page but thoughtfully curated spots that I personally have experienced.

First stop: Buccan @buccanpalmbeach

A Palm Beach institution known for inventive small plates, exceptional hospitality, and dishes that have earned cult status among locals.

Chef Clay Conley’s approach is elevated yet simple: exceptional ingredients, thoughtful execution, and a menu that rewards repeat visits. From the Tuna Crisps and Steak Tartare to the Sweet Corn Agnolotti and iconic Hot Dog Panini, every dish feels intentional.

Don’t forget to visit their new location & sandwich shop
