Love yourself first and then Love everyone the way you would like to be loved. How you perceive me says more about YOU than it does about ME !

One of the sweetest and kindest guys I had the pleasure to call my friend while we studied at Rick’s College. How hard it is to believe it’s been 25 years today since 9/11 took him from this earth. May he rest in peace and may his family always remember the sweet kind soul and may his legacy live on forever. by @mac_mac713

On 6 July Ralph will be 93 years young. I met him as he reached the top of Glastonbury tour for the 293rd time. He has set a goal to climb to the top 300 times before his 93rd birthday. I asked what then, he said climb it 400 times before he turns 94! He is raising funds for Parkinson’s disease. Please help him raise more if you are inspired by his zest for life. https://www.justgiving.com/page/ralph-white-1698592560757?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=WA #92yearsyoung #glastonbury #isleofavalon #inspiration #viral by @mac_mac713

Swimming in peace and more complete than ever 🙏 by @mac_mac713

Run the bridge 2026, or in my case “fall over a bollard on the bridge, jockey roll and keep going like nothing happened on the bridge 2026!”

Thank you to this beautiful soul @sammy_kelly_13 for slowly jogging next to me as I ran as fast as I could 🤣 what an absolute legend with the patience of a saint. When Sammy said I should be able to do it in 70 minutes I laughed, but thanks to her unwavering support it was done in 67 minutes (hence my red face in the last picture).

Thank you SANAMethod Sandy Bay for making this 30kg easier than it would have been last year. by @mac_mac713

Another awesome game by @jackjumpers even though it wasn’t a win today I spent the whole game on the edge of my seat. I may also have deafened the poor guy sitting in front of me! @b_ham13 was an absolute legend as usual, watching him play reminds me when I used to watch the Utah Jazz play 🤩 Thanks @joshbannan13 for signing my scarf and @sammy_kelly_13 for gifting me the scarf 🙏 #legends #Tasmania #jackjumpers by @mac_mac713

I choose peace over everything and am so thankful for finally finding my own worth so my light can always shine even when it’s dark 🙏 #ThanksGod by @mac_mac713

Such a great game tonight Boomers vs Tall blacks

Met the lovely Belinda Edwards after the game, New Zealand should be proud of the game they played.

And feeling pretty happy to have also snapped a selfie with one of my favourites Keanu Pinder 🤩🤩 #Boomers #BasketballAustralia #NZBasketball #MyStateBankArena #GreatNight #LoveMyLife #FIBAworldcup2027AsianQualifier by @mac_mac713

✅ completed the worlds toughest half marathon (I only walked) 21.1km all uphill. #pointtopinnacle2025 Feeling achy but overwhelmingly relieved to have done it. Thank you Sophie for walking the last 5km with me 🙏 thanks to @sanamethod_sandy.bay I’m 30kg lighter than when I did the point to pub last year. by @mac_mac713

Top of the world 🌍 so wonderful when friends come to visit 🙏 by @mac_mac713

I can’t believe little Boodz is 21 today !!! Feeling happy, proud, excited and broken all at once. My little baby now towers over me when he stands by my side. He’s a kind and gentle soul. How my arms ache for my babies, but how my soul rejoices at the paths they have found and the happiness they have created. So blessed to call you son @boodz_askew04 ❤️ Happy 21st 🎉🎂🎂 by @mac_mac713
